I ordered a glass locket and chain from Mon Bijoux, requesting a photo of my dog who recently passed, to be sandblasted on the glass. Jason/Jamie could not have presented me with a more beautiful piece of jewellery. They worked tirelessly to ensure the end result was exactly what I wanted despite it being highly unusual and delicate work. I could not be happier. I highly recommend! (The fibres in the shot is dog hair and not part of the product!)

Fantastic service and high quality and beautiful pieces for sale as well! I was supported to the the very extent I needed by Jason and Jamie. I got as much information I needed for the ring repair I first called on them for. Before doing any extra service that would require extra cost, I was informed promptly before the extra service was done (as there is nothing worse than surprise extra charges). When picking up my ring (that came in the exact time frame I was given), I was so drawn to some of their very beautiful pieces and had to snap one of them up. Highly recommended and would use them again! (pic: green one on my pinkie was perfectly fixed, ring on my forefinger is the one I put on my finger, and wouldn't take it off! :))

It's great to support independent/family run businesses and when that business is Mon Bijoux, and you are looking for a piece of jewellery, you need look no further - this is definitely the place to go. The customer service is second to none I wanted a bangle for my daughter in law who sadly lost her baby last week any way I found one but realised after I ordered her one that would have been to big so I immediately emailed Jason and explained everything well he emailed me within no time said to just wait while he went through his collection after getting what sort of size she would need anyway he came back with a picture of another one it was perfect he also organised for my grandsons name and dob to be engraved on it the style and earrings that I also asked for I left in his hands to choose for me by the end it was such a personal service they felt like friends I will never sjop anywhere else my daughter in law said they was stunning and iv just seen them and they are beautifull so thank you guys you have been fantastic
