I was brought a personalised anklet by my other half. It was great quality however i'm not a anklet person and would have loved it as a bracelet . I message Muru and they exchanged it to a bracelet with no added cost. They were very quick to respond and emailed me when they received the item and when they posted it back to me. Very impressed!

Easy purchasing process via website and arrived when stated. Nicely packaged and secure. Nice gift box too. Only disappointment chain was not adjustable and was not the correct size I had ordered. However, easy enough to return once I got in touch with retuning to exchange and am now waiting for new chain to arrive. The disc pendents are beautiful with the initial's I wanted.

Got a necklace from here and I LOVE IT! I’m not a jewellery person but I saw they do a longer chain which I prefer. It was difficult to decide the design as they were all beautiful but eventually I chose life and vitality karma circle and I absolutely love it. I would highly recommend!
