A short stroll away from the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street, located on Marylebone High Street. It was a real pleasure to purchase a watch at New Cavendish Jewellers. They were both professional and friendly, as they explained and guided me through the functions of my purchase. I recently bought my first watch from New Cavendish Jewellers and I am so happy with my choice. From the very first email I received from them the customer service was exceptional and in the store everyone was very kind and welcoming! When I visited, Nicola showed me the watch I was interested in as well as alternatives, which I really appreciated. Ultimately, the watch I wanted had to be ordered from the manufacturer but Nicola was very communicative and let me know what to expect. Enquired about an IWC late on Wednesday afternoon, purchased over the phone on Thursday and it was on my wrist on Friday morning (Xmas eve), it was a pleasure doing business with Jitesh and getting the after sales care from Hitesh, true professionals. Whilst I was tempted to goto Chrono24 and another local dealer (who I was able to get to £50 lower) I had heard and have experienced brilliant service from these chaps. They are polite/ professional knowledgeable and the packaging was spot on, really well sealed and protected, I’ll be back to do business with these guys again, as I personally found the watch experience very good. One gets a feeling for this after seeing the best and worst of the industry!

I had tried 5 shops previously for a specific watch I wanted, and managed to reserve one at the New Cavendish Jewellers via the Tissot website. They phoned me up promptly to say they didn't have the exact watch but could order it in asap for me to collect. I agreed, and within a couple of days my watch had arrived (with confirmation of the order and order updates sent via text). Communication from this jewellers is fantastic, right from placing the order to getting it sized and explaining how the watch worked. It made the experience a lot more personal, and would highly recommend this jewellers to anyone.

Have been searching London for a particular watch for a few months. I came across NCJ and phoned up. The rep on the phone was super helpful and friendly and even gave me travel tips on the best way to get to them on the tube. Service in the store was perfect and just what I was looking for when buying a new watch - talked me through the watch, resized it and had an interesting general chat about watches that we all liked. Was really exactly what I was looking for from a watch buying experience. Recently bought a new watch at New Cavendish Jewellers. The experience from start to finish was superb. I didn’t need long in the shop as I knew which piece I wanted and I was delighted to discover they had it in stock. Jitesh, who helped me with my purchase, ensured that I still took the time to examine the watch; he also went out of his way to explain a little about the history of the brand I was purchasing, as well as to demonstrate how the watch strap works. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and I was really impressed with their effortless, knowledgeable level of service. I hope to have another reason to visit the shop soon as they made my custom feel valued for the time I was there. This is a small shop that I may have passed in the street many times, however I would now make it a destination for buying / servicing a watch etc. Highly recommended.

I was recommended to go to New Cavendish Jewellers (NCJ) In Marylebone by a number of friends. Having tried on the watch model I was considering at a renowned high street watch retailer, I contacted Jitesh at NCJ to discuss the watch and my predicament around sizes, Jitesh was able to alleviate my concerns and in fact sway me towards the smaller (and cheaper) option. Furthermore, I was not overly keen on the colour of the watch strap included as standard and NCJ kindly offered to swap this out for a colour of my choice. Jitesh's remarkable knowledge paired with his professionalism is exactly what you want when making what is not an inexpensive purchase.
