I visited the boutique today, with a vague idea of a watch style I was considering purchasing. Josh was my sales advisor, and he was nothing short of outstanding. He was as attentive as he was knowledgeable, and his passion for the Omega brand, as well as his natural ability to provide excellent customer service was exemplary. We spent over 2hrs together, patiently trying different watches, with Josh providing both general and meticulous detail about each. He was extremely patient as I tried each piece, gradually whittling down the options until I settled upon one that felt correct in every way. Customising the watch fitting, going through all the warranty and servicing details, and even explaining the workings and manufacture of the presentation box were not rushed, but were made to feel just as important as the sale of the watch itself. A complimentary travel case for the watch, and a lovely bottle of Omega branded Bollinger champagne were final touches that will make my experience at Omega, Old Bond Street memorable, and something that I will tell friends and family about for a long time to come. I went to the boutique on Sunday to look at the new Aqua Terra small seconds. I had been to the boutique previously so knew the service would be very good, and it was. A delightful assistant (Sylvia) welcomed me and went to the stock room to get the models I wanted to try on. I tried a steel and a steel and gold version and settled on the steel and gold, but the strap was too large. Sylvia told me she could order a shorter strap, but it could take a few weeks as the watch is such a new model. I was amazed to receive a call two days later to let me know she had managed to get the shorter strap for me. I will certainly return to this boutique when I want to add to my collection.

We went here to buy a watch for my fiances 30th. It was such a fun experience trying on all these different watches trying to find the perfect one. We tried on a few but was never made to feel like it was a hassle. Everyone was really nice but special mention to Anthony who gave us so much time - he absolutely made my fiancé's birthday and I really couldn't be more grateful for the amazing experience he gave us on the day. Excellent service! After calling other Omega stores and Independent Stockists for the Limited Edition James Bond Seamaster, Omega Bond Street were the only people to take my enquiry seriously. True their word, when a watch became available, they contacted me and shipped the watch to me as I was unable to get to the Boutique to buy in person. I contacted Bond Street after a poor response from Regent Street. I wanted to buy the Bond 50th anniversary watch which had not been released. I did not hold out much hope as this is a limited edition and I was placed on a waiting list. However, after a month or so I got a call from Bond Street to say they had secured me one. I went to the shop and was mainly served by Josh. The experience was first class from start to finish, explaining the characteristics and fitting the bracelet perfectly. Although not the most expensive watch in the Omega range the experience felt very special and all topped off with a bottle of Omega branded 'Bolly' sadly not a La Grande Année, but hey. Thanks Josh

All the Omega watches in the current collection can be found in this boutique. The staff is really kind to show and let try any watch. They were also very helpful after the visit: I was looking for a model from a previous collection, I left my contact details, and I was contacted by them after a few days. Even if it was not possible to find the model I was looking for, they were very kind in suggesting different options.

I brought a vintage Omega in for restoration and staff were able to give a reasonable quote and committed to calling before going beyond the price. I only trust Omega boutiques to care for my watches, as some licensed dealer use 3rd party service centres. I also brought in my late model omega watch for a service and the staff member gave it a Polishing and let me know the service want necessary. The care, product knowledge and honesty is exceptional.

A nice and bright store with the usual sparkling clean Omega boutique interior design and decor. Great customer service from Leticia and Anthony and assisting with a purchase however both their hands were tied by the corporation which favoured economic stagnation and uncertainty so was unable to make the sale.

Knowledgeable, attentive staff are on hand to talk you through the product range - in my view, some of the highest quality watches available at this price point.
