N. P.Had an excellent appointment this last Friday with Kelly. I was due to service my Seamaster 300m and decided to drop by this location. She was welcoming and helpful in taking my interest in the 50th Silver Snoopy, and showing me the new Chronoscope piece. I am really happy with the level of service provided during my visit. 😊
A.Excellent customer experience, I'd wholeheartedly recommend this boutique for anyone in the market for a luxury swiss timepiece. Emily was not only polite and consummate sales professional, but also very patient and understanding.
She took her time to talk me through the differences between various Speedmaster and Seamaster models, and after a great conversation we landed on a Limited Edition 007 Seamaster timepiece which not only looked stunning but was like wearing history on your wrist.
Not only was the service great in-store, but this remained so weeks afterwards too. I called in later to ask about certain models and was greeted and treated respectfully over the phone as a returning customer. This is important to me as it shows that a boutique is not only treating me well because I have or am about to make a purchase because I am physically present. A true test of customer experience and value is what happens many weeks after money has exchanged hands, and Omega scored highly here by maintaining consumate service well after sale.
I'm genuinely looking forward to my next visit here soon and am excited to expand my collection further with Omega in the near future.

C. D.Great staff. I've been in a few times for servicing and straps. All the staff are professional, friendly and respectful. Most recently Ash and Giusseppe looked after me really well.
J. B.Went in to look at NATO straps as a casual alternative to the alligator leather strap that came with the watch. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and I walked away happily with my new NATO. Shop gets very busy though and is quite small so I recommend going as early as possible on a weekday!

I have bought numerous Omegas but I have never been treated like a valued customer or had the experience given to me by the staff at Omega regent st.
The boutique manager Anthony took extra special care of my inquirys through to the purchase i made and he even gave me an umbrella before i left as it had just started raining!
They are truly ambassadors to the brand and at every point from conception to sale I felt informed, valued and never pressured
Once I made my purchase Anthony and his team made sure I was happy before leaving and I was never ushered out of the door like other businesses I have utilised
If you are looking to purchase an Omega do not use anyone else as the diverse stock within this store will suit any budget and the depth of knowledge of the staff members is second to none
P. J.Fantastic experience purchasing a new Seamaster. Nothing was too much trouble - a calm and considerate environment. I had a small concern regarding the leather strap supplied with the watch and this was resolved in a flexible and understanding way. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this boutique.
