I bought a pair of gorgeous earrings that discolored in an unusual way, possibly due to the climate where I live, and when I contacted customer service the agent kindly sent a replacement that arrived in lighting speed although I live in a different continent from the company. I've been happily wearing the earrings since :)

I was able to communicate directly with the company who were so helpful in allowing me to exchange the ring for a larger size. The whole process took less than a week, completely hassle free and my new ring has just arrived and fits perfectly!
