After a fruitless afternoon spent in jewelers around North London, Ovadia could not have been a more different place. From the outset the service was brilliant, and the eternity ring we bought to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary is a thing of real beauty, made to order in under two weeks. If you're looking for a ring, I genuinely wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Ovadia Jewellery helped me implement a short notice plan to propose to my now fiancée on New Years Eve 20/21 After glowing recommendations from friends I didn't hesitate to contact Hannah at Ovadia Friday 25/12/20 - I contacted Hannah on Christmas Day evening (sorry Hannah). Hannah said she could help 28/12/20 - Next working day morning Hannah helped me choose a ring. Hannah made sure I got the ring I fell in love with 30/12/20 - Ovadia finished my beautiful ring. Hannah went out of her way to hand deliver my ring to where I lived (from the window of her car) At no point were COVID related requirements contravened - Hannah made sure of that, but still did everything possible to make it happen I would recommend Ovadia to anyone and everyone They are a wonderful family business that will go the extra mile to help, that will make whatever you need happen and above all else are so caring I will never forget the part they played in our engagement

I found it extremely hard trying to find an engagement ring after visiting nearly all the Jewelers in Hatton Garden. Ovadia was the last Jeweler I went to and it is the only one I would recommend. I was approached by Hannah who was friendly and helpful. Ovadia found me a perfect diamond at the specifications I wanted and the ring was then hand made. This then took a couple of weeks to make. Not only did I get help and advise during my purchase, I was kept up to date whilst anxiously waiting for the ring to be made which was a great touch of service! Ovadia created a beautiful eternity ring for me using diamonds from an old family ring. They carefully took apart the original ring and I absolutely love my new modern yet classic creation which also has great sentimental value. So friendly and helpful, I had a wonderful experience at Ovadia.

This is in danger of sounding like a fake review because of how effusive it is - but it was simply the best possible experience we could have asked for. Super patient, super fast, fantastic quality and the most reasonable prices we could find. We went in order to have wedding rings made 10 days before our wedding as the original jeweller had not produced what we had expected. Hannah the owner was as helpful as she could possibly be, Tracey who helped us initially has worked there for 26 years and gave us enormous confidence without imposing her suggestions. They work out of their workshop which is just around the corner - and so were able to create bespoke 18ct rose gold rings for us based on our designs in two days. They tweaked sizes, and other details with a huge amount of good sprit and very good advice too. We couldn't recommend enough. Hannah - thanks again. A pleasure to write a review for such a great experience and such a lovely bunch. When birthdays and anniversaries come along we will be back! Marc and Jess

My fiancé bought a beautiful brilliant cut diamond from them in January. When we needed it sized and asked for a setting change they did it in less than a week. I even asked for the original setting back, and they provided fast same day service. They were so nice and thoughtful even though we were changing our minds a bit! Love the ring and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality diamonds.

Hannah and her team at Ovadia are incredible. I needed some bespoke gold and diamond cufflinks making and rushed into Ovadia 3 weeks before my wedding, having been let down by another jeweller. She had CAD drawings made very quickly, carefully explained to me all about the possible diamonds and talked me through the options, and the cufflinks were ready with time to spare. The cufflinks are beautiful and just what I had wanted. I wholeheartedly recommend Ovadia. Best jeweller in Hatton Garden!

Most people rarely buy diamond rings. There are so many fine jewellers - how do you pick the best? The price of gold and the price of diamonds is fairly stable and consistent if you shop around. There are very few bargains - but there are a lot of sharks out there. The problem for most people like us is the need for good, professional advice on what to look for and how to choose something that will look "just perfect" on that finger. We went into a number of jewellers, and although all were helpful, we felt that the aim was simple supply a ring and take our money. When we entered Ovadia, we were treated to a magical experience. We entered the shop as slightly intimidated and ignorant customers and we left more informed and certain that we had value for money. It wasn't simply a shopping trip, it was a very pleasant experience that complimented our big decision to spend the rest of our lives together. We were met with genuine friendliness and sound advice. We were not pushed to buy the most expensive item or made to feel that any question was stupid. The genuine desire was to find the very best ring for our budget. Tracey presented us with a select group of rings, with differing shapes and settings. My "intended" tried on the rings and was given a clear professional explanation on how the ring should sit, shine and show itself off to the best advantage. The result was bespoke advice for her size hand, colour and ring size. When she put on THE ring it not only looked perfect, but we understood why it looked soo perfect. It truly looked like a million dollars. Tracey's attention to detail in every aspect - and in particularly when sizing the finger mean't that when it was sized (in under an hour) the ring was comfortable and sat perfectly. Not only do we recommend this shop, but we commend their staff and will make this our first stop for all our future jewellery needs.
