A friend introduced me to Paul about 10 years ago and he has been my only jeweller ever since. I have returned many times, including for numerous sets of earrings and necklaces, a custom made engagement ring, wedding ring and my own wedding ring - each of which have been absolutely amazing. He knocked it out of the park when I asked him to modify my wedding ring after losing weight and I couldn't be happier. Forget about going to the high street franchise jewellers, this is a professional who loves his art/profession, and each time I give him an idea of what I want, he comes up with next level designs.

Absolutely fantastic service. Paul is a man who you can tell has a complete love for the craft. I emailed Paul about a bespoke engagement ring idea after seeing his unique style of texture and black oxidised finish, which lead to several phone calls, and a meeting in person at his studio to look over stones and design ideas. His communication was great and we agreed on a design quickly and to my exact specifications. The final ring was beyond my expectations and I couldn’t ask for anything better. He has done a beautiful job.

Paul offers a really personal service and the quality of his work is amazing. I first encountered Paul 20 years ago when he made our wedding bands. I commissioned Paul to make/design a bangle in the same style as our bands for my wife’s birthday couldn’t be more please and my wife loves the bangle. Paul created a bespoke pendent / necklace for my brother's 30th. The whole experience was great - Paul took the time to discuss all the options, kept me up to date on the progress and really went the extra mile when it came to completing the job on a tight turnaround. The overall piece was fantastic, surpassed expectations and my brother was delighted. He insert a custom bar into the chain which allowed me to get a personalised engraving on the the necklace - all in all - couldn't be happier with my experience with Paul - he's a great man with great designs. I'll be returning when I've saved up some money for myself, haha!

As a Christmas present to her, I was looking for a set of matching earrings... they weren't available with the same type / colour of stone on his website. I had recently found an old ring that I needed to be re-moulded into a new design and was looking for a jeweller who could do this work for me. I got in touch with Paul who provided a range of designs or the ability to create a bespoke design if I wished. Once we had agreed a design I was impressed with the final outcome. The best bit about using Paul is the friendly personal service provided at all times and the fact he is willing to bespoke orders for clients wherever possible.

My partner and I looked everywhere to find someone to recreate an old lost and detailed necklace, we couldn't have found a better jeweller. Paul was cooperative and responsive from the offset, from the consultation to the finished product. He was friendly, approachable and chatty and went through our thoughts on the piece in detail before making it. The crafting process took only 3 weeks (which was longer for him as he was very busy at the time) and the finished product was of a beautiful standard, exactly how we wanted. Couldn't recommend Paul Magen highly enough!

Paul is phenomenal!! Needed a wedding ring before Christmas Eve, 2018 and Paul did exactly that. He managed to make a pair of 9ct white gold rings on time with only 2 weeks notice. Our rings are beautiful and unique. His attentive when it comes down to service and resizing the rings to fit!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Need jewellery for a good price?! Give Pail Magen a shout!
