I managed to book a last-minute appointment with Lyndon at Mayfair, on Friday, 29.10.2021, to discuss a timepiece I am interested to buy for my wife. I work locally and was there 15 minutes early. Peter kindly let me in. Everyone was professional and courteous. I politely declined to the offer of a coffee as I just had one before leaving my office. Lyndon and myself had a brief chat before he presented some alternative timepieces as the one I am interested in is not available. I like the simplicity and beauty of one of them and ended up keying in my pin several minutes later. Lyndon informed me that they could hold onto my (well my wife’s) first crown until we collect it sometime in December. I was extremely happy that I now have something special for my wife. I had a pleasant time at the store, made more special and memorable by the item that I purchased. Thank you to Lyndon, the show room team and Peter at the door. My family will be back in few weeks’ time to collect it. Thank you !

Absolutely Fantastic service in every way! Over the last six months Emma in Mayfair has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She took a genuine personal interest in ensuring my wedding bands arrived on time for our big day in a very short period of time. If this wasn’t enough she went exceeded my expectations in every way and surprised me before Christmas with a call to say I could come in and collect a timepiece I had enquired about. I don't normally write reviews however on this occasion I am compelled to do so. I recently visited the pragnell Boutique on Mount Street London Mayfair. I had an appointment booked with Mr Jarvis to enquire about my desired rolex watch. I have been to many high Street luxury boutiques before, however I was amazed by the professionalism of the staff at Pragnell which doss not come close to other dealers. The staff were extremely friendly and Mr Javis professional attitude and customer service was outstanding. His knowledge about luxury watches is exceptional. I hope to pop in soon to catch up. I have been to a number of jewllers over the years but I am happy to say this is one of my favourites. It still amazes me how easy some people find it to provide outstanding customer service. And I'm glad to say that is what Oliver at Pragnells does. He went out of his way at every chance he could to make buying my first Rolex the best experience he could. Having been to a number or Pragnells competitors, I could not believe the contrast. Never too pushy, but whether your spending a penny or a pound, Oliver was there to spend time and make sure I felt welcome. Being a family owned business, there felt a happiness in the air. If you can imagine the figure of Patrick Trueman of Eastenders, embodied with the charm of Ricardo Montalbán from Fantasy Island, then you will only have a superficial appreciation of the charm of the man. I gave 5 stars, but they deserve 7 stars. Ever since I bought my first watch from them 4 years ago, Pragnell have become the go-to place for me to buy watches and jewellery. James McVittie is always a great pleasure to talk to on topics such as watches, jewellery or other collectibles such as paintings. Ask about him if you're new to the shop, I highly recommend him. And once you're a customer, try to join any party they are throwing for former clients, they're always a blast.

Honestly, I never usually write reviews. But I simply had to for Pragnell's, after searching just about every Rolex store or stockists while travelling through Italy, France and the UK I'd just about given up hope - most staff were incredibly rude or dismissive. Sam from their Mayfair store was a welcomed departure from this attitude. He was attentive, helpful and more than hospitable. He held the watch I was after for 2 days, not only was it the model I loved I'd searched just over 15 stores for, but it was a far better service than I could've imagined. Buying a rolex is an investment and I really appreciated that Sam also made it a lovely experience. He was so helpful we bought 2, we were there for about an hour as he spoke us through the watches, adjusting them to be the right fit and talking us through how to care for them. Honestly, my best retail experience ever. Pragnell's have great products, but as I've learnt so do most stores - what sets them apart is the service. Pragnell's you're very lucky to have the amazing team members you do, they're on par with your beautiful collection of products.

Had a nice experience with Shanshan Ge for purchasing my first Rolex! I went for an Oyster Perpetual model that a few other ADs had available in the area, but chose Pragnell for a few reasons: i) allowed me to put a deposit down on my watch since I couldn't visit the showroom for two weeks, ii) extremely responsive via email, iii) wonderful viewing conducted via Zoom (white glove service, cameras perfectly positioned, no trouble logging into my link), iv) solid reviews from others and among the highest reviews of Rolex ADs in the area, v) personalized service when picking up the watch, from the basics like link removal to talking about the newest watches despite my having already put down a deposit to purchase this watch, vi) showroom that is COVID secure (masks, glass barriers as necessary, etc.), vii) easy VAT refund for international travelers, viii) honesty around potential future processes for obtaining Rolex professional models, and even ix) focused on finding a nice surprise for my wife (they do have a nice in house jewelry collection) even though we weren't looking for something at the moment. As a follow up, Shanshan even snail mailed a thank you card a few weeks after my visit, and recalled that this was my Rolex purchase. You can definitely feel the personalized touch with Pragnell. We highly recommend them.
