I was very impressed with the quality of the diamond halo cushion style platinum ring I bought from Purely Diamonds. And the service has been amazing from the moment I placed the order to when I came in for a (free) resizing. Clare and Fatima have been absolutely fenomenal. Finally, Purely Diamonds was the only company able to commit to a very tight deadline at the time I made the purchase. 5 stars for ring quality, order processing and customer services.

Incredible experience! Ordered a simple wedding band and was measured in store. When it arrived it turns out the measurement taken was a full size too large, so I had to pad the inside of my ring to stop it falling off during my wedding. To their credit, they resized it after the honeymoon at no cost (although it still feels loose even a size smaller than the original). Always found them friendly to deal with, and the ring looks good and seems sturdy, but a little troubling considering you would expect them to be experts on this.

I recently ordered 2 Gents double row diamond rings from Purely Diamonds, on the website they are only shown as been made in 18ct white gold or platinum, I asked if they could be made in 18ct yellow gold, they could. They also offer an try before you but service, as we where interested in 2 different rings we asked if we could see both, they arrived the day after ordering the samples, although both looked great, we decided in the 2 row diamond rings and asked them to make them in 18ct yellow gold, they took just over 3 weeks to arrive, they where to say the least stunning, we can't wait to ware them after our wedding next year. Throughout all our correspondences with them I found that nothing was too much trouble, they even sent us a Photoshop image created of what they would look like in 18ct yellow gold. A truly excellent service from beginning to end, I would highly recommend Purely Diamonds to anyone who wants a high quality value for money piece of jewellery.

Just emailed Purely Diamond to get a update on my order. A lady called Claire responded within 5 mins saying its on schedule but the date was on the day I'm taking my partner away. So I replied saying this was the case and could I pay more to have it earlier. Claire replied almost instantly saying she would move the date up by a day at no charge to myself so it would arrive in time. I am in shock with how quick the company replied and the effort they have gone to so that I don't have to stress or worry. Also want to mention Claire who is a credit to the company.

I have purchased 11 items from the company and they are all fantastic. I have a magnificent bracelet, a pearl and diamond necklace, pearl and diamond earrings, 2 pairs of diamond earrings and 6 rings ( 2 gemstone and 4 diamond ). The care and workmanship that goes in to each piece is unbeatable. I do wear them all as I think they should be worn, but I am very careful with them. How the workshop manage the intricate details is amazing. Thank you all for the I met Stephanie at the London showroom in September this year with my husband. We were made very welcome and it was nice to see her in person. I collected my pearl necklace and earrings and my bracelet. I will always use Purely Diamonds for my jewellery as they cannot be beaten in quality. I don't even look at other jewellers as I know I will always be able to get exactly what I want. I would like to add that I don't have any family connections with the company. I am just a very satisfied customer who loves her jewellery, and is grateful that I found this company. My advice is don't look elsewhere until you've tried Purely Diamonds.

I had a fantastic experience finding my wedding ring with Purely Diamonds. After scouring the usual high street shops for something to suit my unusual engagement ring whilst still being within my budget but to no avail, I thought I would see if I could find my ring online. The prices were unbelievable - at least 50% (if not more) less than what I had seen in the shops, with a lot more choice and better quality diamonds. I found the shape I wanted, chose the highest grade of diamond possible in a platinum band and 2 weeks later it arrived. It's so much better than any of the other rings I saw before, VERY sparkly and comes in a beautiful box. I'm over the moon and can't wait til I can wear it! I also helped my dad find a gorgeous eternity ring for my mum which is stunning! 100% recommend.

Edited Review, I didn't get my ring when I needed it and was really upset / angry at the time as it was for my wife's 40th...I booked afternoon tea at the Dorchester and wanted a romantic setting to give it to her....it worked out in the end as we had a lovely dinner at home on her actual birthday - the ring arrived and she absolutely loved it...she now wants a matching band! I undertook hours of research which included looking at independent websites and reading other customer reviews before deciding to go with Purely Diamonds for my partner's engagement ring. I think it is human nature for one to focus more on the negative reviews however, the tiny few that there are (3 in total compared to the numerous 5* reviews and independent website recommendations), in my opinion, could easily be dismissed. For example, one reviewer begins their review by describing their engagement ring as "really cool" then later totally contradicts themselves by giving the company 2* for "ok rings"! Another moans that they don't resize rings other than their own. The PD website does clearly state this! Onto my own experience of PD and I can honestly say they are up there with the best companies I have ever dealt with. They offer a large selection of beautiful rings which I have to say did make my decision more difficult but in a very good way! The ring I selected looked beautiful on the website but I don't think any photo can do it justice. The ring is absolutely perfect and more importantly, my new fiancé thinks so too. It is beyond what I ever imagined it to be. Unfortunately, I did order it half a size too large and after my fiance very reluctantly agreed to part company with it, we sent it back to PD who returned it back to us within 3 days - much to the delight of my fiancé! The people at PD are incredibly efficient and so friendly. They honestly couldn't do more to help and always kept me updated. And just to put it into context of how beautiful and amazingly well priced their rings are, it would have cost me £260 more for a ring with a similar spec (metal, colour, clarity and diamond) from Ernest Jones. Thank you PD for providing my partner with the perfect ring and me with top notch customer service. We plan to marry in early 2020 and cannot wait to purchase our wedding rings from you. I highly recommend this company.
