I ordered a pair of hoops. They have a star pattern on them. When they arrived, I loved the look of them but as soon as i put them on, I knew there was something wrong. The butterflies didn't "catch," it felt as if they would just immediately slip off. Well, one did, after only an hour of wear. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because I should have returned them, but instead, because I was about to leave for holiday and wanted them for my trip, I found a way to attach the butterflies at a weird angle to the actual earring to make them feel more secure. Turns out that they still weren't secure, and I lost one immediately. Wasting £70 for only one hour of wear is, at least, half my fault. So 3 stars even though if it were down to the quality alone, it would be one star.

I absolutely love Rachel Jackson. I have one piece I bought a few years ago, it's fab quality and always gets lovely comments. Then I have been lucky enough to be given the gorgeous Mama necklace when my little boy arrived. I absolutely love it, such a lovely necklace, the design is beautiful and the shade of gold is perfect. The chain is really delicate but still sturdy so chubby little hands haven't managed to tug it off. Rachel Jackson has lovely designs and a great range of prices so it's such a nice place to buy jewellery from. It's my go to brand for myself and for gifts.

Am the lucky owner of several pieces of Rachel Jackson jewellery. Received my first pieces for Christmas and was very pleased with the amulet bracelet with birthstone along with a silver necklace with matching earrings. The necklace is a permanent fixture around my neck! Was also lucky enough to receive a necklace from the latest collection for Mothers Day. All so pretty and easy to wear!

They went way above and beyond, to help me with a piece of jewellery which is of great sentimental value and I am incredibly grateful to them. My birth stone pendant is a truly beautiful piece of jewellery, which I wear every day to remember my father, as it contains his birthstone and also has 'Dad' engraved delicately on the reverse. I have bought a wide range of pieces from Rachel Jackson since I discovered them last year. I love the on trend styles, plus the wide range of stylish classics. The quality is excellent and I’ve fallen in love with my Star Hoop Earrings and Rockstar necklace. I was first introduced by a friend who bought me the Emerald Snake Necklace and I get many compliments when I wear it. Service is great and the packaging has a lovely luxury feel to it. The Holiday gifts that I bought went over a storm and they now have some gorgeous Mother’s Day options. Price wise I can treat myself to something small or splurge on an investment piece, which is great!

I was so happy to receive the Sagittarius zodiac coin necklace as a gift, it's become my most worn item by far. I love that you can style it with anything, easy to wear for everyday and for when I want to look more dressed up and professional. Such a pretty design, I really like the other zodiac coins too so might have to get the Scorpio one to represent my daughter. I like the idea of stacking them on a chain together.
