I visited earlier this month with hopes to learn more about watches and potentially pick up a peice to wear at my wedding. I ended up spending almost 2 hours in there mostly just chatting about watch types and getting advice. There was no pressure to buy anything and I got great advice. Both Faizan and his dad were super helpful and friendly. I decided what I wanted and came back the next day and to pick up a lovely little automatic seiko. Faizan also changed the strap for me. I highly recommend these guys, very happy supporting local stores like this that provide great service. AJ

I visited Rafiq Watches for a battery replacement. I was given a warm welcome from Rafiq immediately. He took my order and kept me updated via text of the status of the work being carried out. Upon collection I had a lovely conversation with his son. Please support local businesses especially this one. A really friendly watch retail and repair shop run by an ex-pupil of mine. He repaired an unusual and very sentimentally important Storm watch strap for me in 10 minutes with plenty of friendly chat and all for free. Definitely recommend him.

Excellent service all round. The price of the link removal was cheap, the service was extremely friendly and was great to talk with. The service was done properly and very quickly, explaining all the operations that go into the service should you ask - my chain links were out and exactly to size with a perfect fit.
