I love my ring! No streaks and so beautifully created. They made a few changes to the style of the ring because I tend to make up certain designs in my head (every girls weakness)! I’m going to try to do my best in giving these guys the review they deserve. However, I don’t think any words I put down will be able to accurately portray the outstanding level of service I received from these guys. My partner and I went in one weekend for a ring sizing and general idea of what style she liked. Both sales colleagues we spoke to were very attentive. After the initial sit down, we were left with a single sales person (as the other had to tend to another customer) and we asked so many questions, asked to try on many rings of different stone sizes. Not once was there any sign of the salesman getting annoyed at how long we were there for. Eventually we decided in a ring, and we were given a wealth of advice in terms of the best colour, clarity, cut, carat, etc and they tailored it to our budget. Went back a week later where we sat with Sumeer to finalise everything, again we asked to see the ring again before we committed 100%. Again, no hesitations, straight away the willingness to help was immeasurable. Once the order was placed, there was plenty of communication throughout up to the time of delivery, the ring was immaculate! Crisp, clean, shiny, just perfect!! We also went for a wedding band, which also came flawless. Now, how’s this for after service, we decided we wanted an engraving, the response was simple “sure, pop in whenever you’re free, we’ll be more than happy to” For me the whole experience put my partner and I at ease, there was no pushing for the biggest or most expensive, it was tailored to our budget. They can supply you with whatever size you want and you can spend as much as you want, but they’re more about the customer experience and service. I cannot fault them. And as such, we will be returning to their sister branch for additional wedding jewellery. If you are looking for an engagement, wedding, promise ring or other jewellery, I cannot recommend these guys enough.

The service from RPS Diamonds is beyond expectation. It is not everyday you are met with good customer service. I had spoken to Roji over the phone and she was extremely professional and polite. I later went in to the store and was met by Roji and another very friendly gentleman, I think this may have been the owner. Both gave exceptional customer service and were very welcoming and kind. I normally do not leave reviews but they really do deserve a 5 star review. They were very easy going and lovely people to speak to. I would really recommend them. When looking for an engagement ring the amount of care and attention that was given to my needs was impeccable by Sumeer at RPS. I had provided a specification for the ideal diamond prior my visit and was then given 4 brilliant options each as stunning as the other when visiting RPS, Sumeer was very thorough in his search, and found me the perfect diamond. I had been around to 3 other Jewellers around Hatton Gardens prior RPS for appointments and found RPS to have both the best quality diamonds and price compared to the rest. I returned with my fiance for our wedding bands and again had the same wonderful experience with many options and customisations available, we were spoilt for choice. After trying on a couple options we found exactly what we wanted. We had engraving done on other our bands which is of such high quality that it can be seen on a 1.5mm band!! For those of you bold enough to venture forth to Hatton Gardens, you’ll be met with a whole host of jewellers whose product and service vary in quality. RPS stand out as one of e better jewellers who have a dedicated team that are organised and well equipped to help you find just what you’re looking for. I personally spent hours on that street, from seller to seller, looking for a very specific quality diamond in a well executed setting. RPS we’re one of the last places I visited and apart from simply having the exact stone I was looking for, the service from Junu was simply excellent. The product itself passes the sniff test, with both stones and settings of high quality. If you have a keen eye for quality, I’m sure you’ll see some real finds here at reasonable prices. I could see from my time within the store that other customers were also impressed by the product on offer and were all courteously attended. The experience felt very professional and respectful, without the need of entering a personality arm wrestling match when anticipating price. What else could I say? Hmm... when viewing the jewellery, consider using your phone as a magnifier, that’s a great way to see the quality of the stones you are purchasing. It really helps if you are trying to identify symmetry and craftsmanship. The team are also fully compliant with diamond trade certification, giving you the opportunity to view the inscription of the diamond ID through a magnifier machine, allowing you to personally authenticate that the diamond you purchase matches the paperwork you are presented. Very effective team, strong on Customer Obsession, Earn Trust and Bias for Action.

I cannot thank Rosi enough for her help and kindness when we came to the store looking for an engagement ring. My fiance, mother and I went from one end of Hatton Garden to the other looking at every jewlers along the way. However, it was when we entered RPS that we knew that we were in the right place. Rosi treated us as people instead of giving us a pitch for a sale. She explained every detail of the ring, which details were important and answered every question that we had. Because of her help we were able to find the perfect ring that my fiance wanted. She was even able to get the diamond fitted the same day. All in all a great place. Definately going to go back when we need to buy the wedding rings
