E. R.Sarah did the most fantastic job on my hair for my wedding! From the start, Sarah was very professional and easy to talk to. She listened to all of my ideas and offered very creative solutions to the questions I had that showecased her great skills and experience. We met twice before the wedding to prepare, including a trial run where Sarah not only did my bridal hair-do, but also gave me a full cut and colour to fit my chosen hair style. She also created beautiful custom hair pins and earrings to go with that style, that I now get to keep as the most beautiful keepsakes from the day. On the day, she was perfect - arrived right on time, was extremely efficient as she had to cover not only my hair but also 3 other ladies, and had the most positive energy that really put me at ease and made the whole wedding prep process feel seamless. Because I had chosen to have two different looks for the day - for the day and for the evening - Sarah came back in the evening to do my hair again, and she was very flexible and patient as I had to make her wait a while as the dinner ran a little over.

She worked with me and made me feel confident and beautiful. On the day she was calm, relaxed and an amazing presence.

N. R.After deciding against including a veil in my wedding outfit, I wanted to make sure I had a really special hair accessory. I'm so glad I opted to purchase something from Sarah's website. There are so many options, but I decided to go for a hairband, and was pleased I could select a colour for the band, so that it better blends in or matches. Because of this, I ended up asking for Sarah's advice of what to go for, and I really appreciated the questions she asked me and the detailed responses with photos and even a video. I really felt like she wanted me to look my best.
The hairband itself is beautiful and eye catching, and was packaged perfectly. It was also comfortable to wear all day.
As an added bonus, the item I selected incorporated an original brooch element. I love the upcycling involved and it's lovely I can detach this when I'm ready and have a special keepsake. Thanks again, Sarah!

If I’m feeling I need a change, she somehow comes up with something incredible that totally fits my personality. I think I have hard hair to cut - it’s poker straight and rarely holds a style. A. R.AMAZING! Sarah created a gorgeous custom hair vine for me that matched my bridal jewellery. It was perfect and pulled my whole wedding day look together. Sarah styled my hair the morning of the wedding (was an absolute pleasure to spend the morning with) and made me look and feel amazing. The hair vine sat so well in my hair and was really comfortable. I couldn't even feel it was there. She made me personalised hair accessories for me and my bridesmaids which all matched and we all loved them so much. I loved my bridal hair so much that I had Sarah do my wedding party too (as we had a Covid wedding). Sarah was always very relaxed which helped me and the bridal team enjoy every moment. I could not not rate Sarah highly enough, Eltham are lucky to have her!

Sarah has always had a real creative flair together with a passion for hair care and really wants her clients to look their absolute best. When Sarah started her Bridal business I was excited that one day my chance would come to have Sarah style my hair for my special day. Before the wedding I had a consultation where I described my ideal wedding hair in a loose style and then Sarah sourced a vintage brooch for me to wear in my hair and I chose some of her vintage earrings, both items I still treasure. In addition to this in recent years I have bought many pairs of her vintage earrings and have always received wonderful compliments.

A. F.Sarah Robert's salon was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad it was! On entering Sarah's modern salon, I was greeted by smiling faces. One of the ladies took my coat and offered me a drink (there is a fabulous selection - even hot chocolate with marshmallows)! Sarah approached me with a beaming smile and welcomed me to her salon.
I was feeling rather nervous as I have been blonde all my life and had decided to have a huge change by going dark brown. I was feeling ever so nervous but Sarah completely put my mind at ease! She certainly knows her stuff! Sarah was very chatty, professional and the whole experience was fabulous. The lady who washed my hair (inbetween the process) was also lovely! She was polite and friendly, and having my hair washed by her was ever so relaxing.
So the end result - wow! LOVED IT!!! Sarah then finished it off by drying my hair - poker straight! My hair is long and very frizzy (usually), but by the time Sarah finished - it looked like the GHDs had been on it - they hadn't! I've never walked out of a hairdressers so happy in all my life! I now visit regularly to have my roots done and to have a trim now and then, and I can honestly say that every visit has been as enjoyable as the first - I always walk out 'swishing' my hair about as I'm so impressed with it!
I would 100% recommend Sarah Roberts to anyone! Even my boyfriend goes there now!
P. P.I was walking in Lee Green many years ago when I saw a new Hair Salon about to open. Within the first week of it opening, I had made an appointment. It was the first of many appointments over the years. I wouldn't go to another Salon now. Every time I walk out with my new hair cut I feel great. Sarah always seems to know exactly what I want and how I want it, and over the years I have tried a good few different styles. The thing that I love about this salon is the honesty, if it won't work or won't suit you then they will tell you (in the nicest possible way) if you still decide to go ahead then that's up to you but I love that they will give you advice rather than just agreeing just so they can take more money off of you.
Integrity, friendliness, and great hair...couldn't ask for more!

I had been thinking of getting highlights done for a long time but wasn't brave enough to try anything adventurous.I was looking for some stylist in blackheath as i live nearby. When i googled, found really good reviews about this place and i decided to give it a try and i must say I'm so happy i did! The stylist helped me with suggestions to pick the right color that would go with my skin tone.and the suggestions were so honest.And I could tell that she knew exactly what she was doing! And the outcome was better than i imagined. Everyone seemed so warm and friendly. I would definitely go again. I recommend this place!
