Purchased my wife's engagement ring from here. Went into the store initially, where the staff were very helpful and offered plenty of advice - we then cherry picked the parts of the ring using their very well thought out online system. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process and had the ring delivered with no issues ( lockdown was impending ) . Now the shops re-opened, we need resizing which was again, accommodated by the helpful and courteous staff in shop and online. Would recommend to anyone at any price point.

Went to hatton garden to look for engagement ring and found a few shops a little pushy and it overwhelmed me just then came across shining diamonds went in see a man called Chris who showed me lots of rings and nothing was to much trouble for him I loved his customer service and the way I felt relaxed I decided to still look about before making purchase but decided a few days later to go back and was Seen by lady zydrune she was brilliant made sure I got ring I loved and also made me feel relaxed and not pushy with me. i had Seen a ring online they made sure it was sent to shop for me to view I decided to purchase it. I'm very happy there customer service is second to none. They have jewellery and tastes for all budgets. Oh and also Clarke has been a real help too. Thank you to everyone. Sonia and peter x

I had been reviewing rings for months and I could not find the right one. I was beginning to get fed up when I came across Shining Diamond website. I saw the ring that I liked and placed an order immediately. I was however nervous not having seen the ring in real life. My fiance was becoming anxious that I could not find the ring.
