Since then we have bought multiple minor & major purchases, had repairs and remodelling and using their extremely professional ear piercing service. Their customer service is wonderful and their prices fair. My daughter alerted me to some negative reviews - as she said, few people take the time to praise good service, only to complain. So I thought I should redress the balance. Small family businesses should be supported - if you have a problem, talk to them !
T.Had a really great experience choosing my fiancée's engagement ring from Sinclair's. Peter was very friendly and helpful throughout and they all went above and beyond to get me a ring that was perfect. A slight mishap with some paperwork was very quickly remedied and I actually ended up better off as they wanted to make up for the mistake.

We had been shopping around and sadly found ourselves disappointed with other stores so we were both thrilled to be receiving such a lovely service. We have visited a handful of times now for various gifts and to maintain our wedding rings which are always impeccably looked after. I would recommend this wondefully run family business to anyone.
N. B.I've had my ears pierced three times there and I honestly don't know why I went back. My ears took ages to heal every time and the worst thing was the way they judged me each time. When I had my firsts done they were nice enough, but I witnessed the lady at the front desk being very rude to another young person getting a second piercing done. Each time I went back after they shamed me for wanting multiple piercings and she asked me to stop. Really don't think that's professional or necessary.
G. S.We have used Sinclair Jewellers for 15 years. Expect high quality jewellery, reasonably priced, with customer service next to none...you just don't get this level of service in other stores. My husband has bought all of my jewellery from Sinclair and I have quite a few pieces now. The most recent addition purchased only this week for Christmas, is my new platinum and solitaire diamond necklace. It is absolutely stunning! Two weeks ago we popped in to see Peter who owns the store, we explained what we wanted and yet again he did not disappoint. It is much nicer and better quality than what I've seen on offer at Goldsmiths or even Tiffany...and a lot better value for money. I highly recommend this Jewellers.

After a very upsetting experience with an online jeweller are went in search to get our wedding bands from a local business
Peter (the proprietor) was able to offer us our choice of wedding bands, within the very short time frame we had, and in budget.
All the work was beautifully done, with diamond insets and engraving.
Fantastic customer service, we would highly recommend to others.

M. Q.I can't thank the team in Sinclair Jewellers enough, I went in last minute for a diamond necklace and they managed to get it custom made to the design I wanted, all within 24 hours. Adding to that they increased the diamond size from 15 to 30 with practically no additional cost. The diamond clarity and finish was not compromised either which has completely surpassed my expectations. Fantastic customer service and would definitely recommend.

J. H.I have recently used Sinclair Jewellers more often due to the shoddy workmanship of a 'so called' friend's homemade jewellery. I had to have both a necklace and a bracelet she made (purchased at some considerable price) restrung again. I was very pleased with the end product on both and the impeccable service I received in their shop. I also bought a beautiful topaz ring which they remade using gold plate. I couldn't believe how quickly it was carried out and when I found the size was too big, they agreed to reduce it free of charge. I am overall very impressed with the service I received and would certainly use them again.

S. M.I visited Sinclair's from Penge after an internet search. I was looking for a jeweller to resize an inherited eternity ring for my wife on our 15 year anniversary.
Whilst negotiating a date to pick up the ring it became apparent that I would be working and unable to make the pick up before our anniversary.
Mr. Sinclair was able to accomodate by resizing the ring for me on the same day. I just waited a few hours and did a bit of early xmas shopping to boot. He was also able to resize my wedding band as well.
