Stanhope Fine Jewellery is an experience. Knowing diamonds or not you will be helped in making the choice so that in the end you will meet top quality for your money. We went for and engagement ring. Crafted from zero, brought to life the most beautiful ring. We are delighted by the result. Pleased and would gladly recommend.

Cimark must be the most accommodating, best value for money jeweller in Hatton Garden. I was in and out of dozens of shops searching for a rare padparadscha sapphire. Most jewellers either didn’t know what I was talking about or had to order stones in. Cimark had a collection of several, and we agreed an excellent price for the stone and setting. I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled across Cimark's Stanhope shop. I'd been looking for an engagement ring and after visiting +10 other shops at Hatton Garden I met with Cimark, who was incredibly helpful and very informative. I immediately felt the difference between Cimark and the other Hatton Garden jewellers (who were usually less straight forward and far less sincere). Cimark provided me with a quote for a GIA diamond with the specifications I had wanted, and at much lower prices than the other shops I had visited. Being quite a sceptical shopper I was still slightly uneasy as to whether the ring would turn out how I wanted, but when I visited the shop again a few weeks later I was completely blown away by how the finished ring looked (as well as the matching wedding band). I was provided with the GIA certification documents and was clearly shown the matching certification number inside the diamond. After my proposal Cimark has been very accommodating with helping resizing the ring to a smaller size for a better fit. I will 100% be recommending Cimark to friends and family. Thanks Cimark for making the experience a very pleasant and stress free one, and for providing me with a ring my fiancé absolutely loves!

Absolutely cannot recommend Stanhope highly enough. I came in with an idea of a wedding band to fit my 1920s engagement ring, I was going a little off-piste and other jewellers in the area had told me it wasn’t possible or would be significantly above my budget to make it work. Instantly, here I was told this was no problem and was sent a beautiful design of the ring in no time. I’ve just picked it up now and it’s perfect, it’s everything I wanted. They even added two extra diamonds to the ring for free because they thought it would look better! My fiancé got his wedding band through them too and is very pleased with the fit and quality. Extremely good value for money, the perfect place to come for a custom ring and the service was always very friendly with nothing being too much trouble. Highly recommend to all!

My first visit to hatton gardens was overwhelming. My partner had a design in mind. We couldnt find what we wanted in my budget and was going to give up but we stopped at the Stanhope counter to browse. We met Cimark who just made our ideas seem normal and affordable. His quote was more than 3 thousand pound cheaper than our quote from a Kent jewellers. Took a couple of weeks to make, I was wary it would be inferior quality because of the price, it seemed too good to be true. We had CAD drawings to see an idea of the finished item. On picking up the ring my fiance and I were gobsmacked. Quality, design, service was 100 percent. The ring is stunning and my partner is over the moon. We had our wedding rings made as well and after the service we received the eternity ring will be next. Just because it is a small counter service you will not find better. Thank you for making us both happy, don't hesitate anyone, Cimark is definitely the man to trust.

Their customer service is excellent, their product knowledge will leave you feeling confident, and they are fair - most important. Their workmanship - from design to repair - is excellent. I am a very cautious and skeptical shopper; I always believe that there are good bargains to be had if you shop around, but the price I was quoted for an eternity ring with these guys blew every other jeweler out of the park (a saving of £1.5-£2.5K). With some skepticism I left a very small deposit for my chosen ring and was half expecting to get a call stating they could not source the diamonds or some other story why they couldn't make the ring. I turned up to the shop today and was absolutely blown away, I was right that they could not source the diamonds that I had asked for, so they sourced even better ones for me (at no additional charge), the ring is absolutely fantastic, every diamond is GIA certified and each number is clearly visible. Not only will I use this jeweler again I will recommend them to everyone. Do not be put off by the fact that Stanhope is operating from a small counter top in a shared space. Once you have the ring on your finger you will not be bothered about plush shop surroundings, what you will benefit from is the money that stays in your bank account!!
