M. R.My experience buying an engagement ring from Steven Stone London was first class from start to finish. I did my research online and after reading their great reviews, I booked a consultation. I had absolutely no idea of what style of ring I wanted and nor did I have any knowledge of diamonds, which left me feeling rather apprehensive. On arrival I was greeted by the amazing Erica who did a wonderful job guiding me through all of the different styles and designs, until I eventually found the right combination. Zack's fantastic knowledge and experience then assisted me in selecting the perfect diamond. Importantly, I needed an exceptionally quick turnaround which these guys were thankfully able to accommodate. After the initial consultation I had further communications with Robert who again was a pleasure to deal with. The ring looked amazing and exceeded my expectations. I proposed to my now fiancé over dinner on the beach during our holiday. She said yes and she loves the ring.

T. S.A semi pleasurable experience. Be careful when ordering online as the delivery estimates are incorrect. Called to find the order would not be ready on time, a little misleading.
Secondly we had an issue with the ring sizing. We were advised by Alex that anything smaller than a J 1/2 would be far too tight and advised against a smaller size. Later it became apparent that the ring was still far too large (at least a whole size according to Igor) and that we had been informed incorrectly. Nevertheless they insisted on charging for another sizing despite making a mistake on the initial resize. A couple of emails were sent to voice our feedback and they failed to respond to those. So all in all quite unprofessional on that front.
Despite the lack of confidence we felt through the process - the ring turned out great and we’re really happy with it.

L. D.Zach was great helping us to design the perfect ring, picking a diamond that fitted our desires (ethical, from Canada). He did a amazing job educating us on cut, clarity, color and size (aka carat). He helped us navigating them: "from this threshold you can't see the difference by eye it just increases the price" and he showed us sample stone so we could envision the size of the stone we were picking on catalog.
We went with a 0.8ct round diamond with two baguettes on the sides, and the ring is platinum.
It took ~3 weeks for the ring to be made and ready for pickup. It is absolutely gorgeous! And it is so bright, it almost looks like there is an LED inside. Great advice on color and clarity.
Overall, great experience: the luxury of tailored jewelry for a fraction of the price you would pay for premade at big name shops (eg: HW, Tiff..). If you can wait 3 weeks instead of walking out with a ring, you should definitely go with Steven Stone! It'll be perfect.

We were still shopping around a few different places and the deciding factor was perhaps the broadness of the market that Zack was able to source diamonds from as well as his professional and personable approach. In particular, his advice on the cut of the diamond and how he was able to source one that was exactly what we were looking for, and at prices that were also very good too.
You could see Zack’s eye sparkle when he was introducing the different elements of a diamond and when he sees the final one that you’d gone for – his passion is clear and makes choosing the diamond with him such a great experience. We also had the ring custom designed and from describing it just once to Zack he did the most brilliant job in bring this to life. He was patient with helping us to decide the claws, band width and was able to help us balance out the structural security of the ring vs. the delicate feel of the design that we were looking for. Robert was extremely helpful, guiding me and providing me with confidence and reassurance about making such a valuable purchase online never having seen the item in real life. Robert understood my concern about how my chosen diamond would look in the setting I had chosen, so he popped a simulated Asscher cut stone in to the setting, took a photo of it and emailed it to me whilst we were on the phone.
He managed to get the diamond I chose to his jeweller and the ring was made and sent to me within a few days, in time for my birthday. It is absolutely stunning. We had a small issue with the size of the diamond set band however Robert immediately took responsibility to ensure it was collected and returned To them for rectification. It was again sent back to me within a few days.

The engagement Ring, i purchased online, their online store is fantastic for picking the exact ring you want. You get to pick the setting, size, diamond from hundreds of different combinations, all with clear descriptions of what kind of diamond you're getting, such as clarity, imperfection density, cut, size etc. Once ordered I was able to have the ring re-sized (no questions asked) and it was absolutely beautiful, it came with documentation of the diamond/setting and a very nice box.
The wedding bands, we purchased from in-store, they had loads to pick from and the staff were incredible at helping us pick the rings we wanted. The staff were so knowledgeable and were very professional, they never once told us no, but instead advised on what would be best suited. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed, they gave us coffee and even cleaned my Fiance's engagement ring for free.

m. p.We went to visit Steven Stone, along with many other jewelry stores, when we were looking for the perfect engagement ring. After a conversation with Zach Stone, we knew we did not need to look any further. This is a family business, and I believe they have been sourcing gems for three generations.
Zach went out of his way to find the perfect stone for us (and trust me, we had very specific criteria, and could not have been more picky). Through this entire process he was very patient and gave us the best advice, and we ended up finding the loveliest stone, within our budget (a wonderful 2,2 ct cushion cut, the size of a 3 ct)...
He helped us design the perfect setting to compliment the stone and it was beautifully crafted.
In the end, I was so happy with the result that I went back to Steven Stone to transform my great grandmother's wedding band onto a necklace as a present for my niece when she was born. The result was lovely, and they have been able to do it in less than two days so that I could surprise my sister with it at the hospital.
If you are looking for a special piece, I can only recommend to pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed.

It was quick, accommodating and reasonably priced compared to other jewellers we had visited (and there were a lot). Robert was super helpful in finding us the right diamond and setting and gave us excellent advice on what we should look for. We never felt rushed even though there was overwhelming choice. When we came to collect it, it came out a bit bigger than anticipated but they even managed to re-size it in the same afternoon. We will definitely be going back there for our wedding bands. This is a jeweller that has been around for years and this was important to us since it gave us peace of mind that should anything go wrong, I could bring it in for a service and we’d be taken care of.
