Went to fix a broken watch strap and adjust another metal one. The owner was friendly and fixed both super fast. Prices very reasonable. Will take some jewellery chains for repair there too

Wonderful place, went to fix a precious watch and they did it very quickly. Every other place told us it wasn't possible, but here they did it, and for a good price. Friendly and helpful service

I walked past this shop for 25 years and didn't know it was there. Recently, I needed a small repair for my watch, and was steered in to the shop. I was in and out within 10 minutes, for a very reasonable price. Professional and responsive service. This is the opposite of a High Street chain, and all the more delightful for it. This is the kind of shop that most neighborhoods want, but rarely have.

Friendly couple that run the shop. They sent off three bracelets for me to get fixed and did a fantastic job. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because they added an extra cost onto the total without calling me to give me the heads up. But I would still use this again as the work was impeccable and they salvaged bracelets that I thought were no longer good.

I love this lovely couple in their small shop off West Hampstead station. They have repaired all my watches, changed their batteries,...It's truly cheap compared to a big store and done with a big heart.
