Went to the store today to look for a ring. It was very busy. The store was nice and clean. It was welcoming. The girls were able to handle things very efficiently despite only 2 were there and the shop was very busy. Top notch customer service.

Shocking experience!!! I had visited this branch as my girlfriend’s Swarovski bracelet snapped that she was wearing for about 4 years. I wanted to have it fixed and refreshed for her upcoming “nameday”, but instead I have been given a brand new replacement which is still blowing my mind and I’m super duper happy about. The staff was very understanding and most professional. I had felt that they took care of me as they should. Well done for the staff and their team effort. Thank you

I went on Tuesday 27 of April for my first time in a swarosky shop. It has been a wonderful experience. All the staff welcomed me promptly and warmly. Ailona help me out with the purchase. I was there for a birthday present and I don't know anything about jewelery. Ailona ask me who was for the gift and what I was willing to spend. She show me all the option and what would be the best choose. I ask so many question regarding the refund or change item policy and she gave me all the answer and many tips. The experience was outstanding. Ailona well done you treat me very well!!!!

I like attractive jewelry. Sourtimes they dont have real attractive designs. Ör for example I an not make sets with the ring, rar ring, braclet. But I need to. In the photo my Swarowskis are the ones everybody loves.

I took my girlfriend to Swarovski as the Christmas present I purchased for her the previous Christmas had broken, A staff member by the name of Ailona promptly offered an exchange of then item as it was still in stock. I popped into the Oxford Street store recently as I wanted to buy a necklace. Nothing was too much trouble for Dania who also advised that my earrings and ring were both tarnished. I couldn't believe that both were replaced without hesitation or cost. I am going to buy a few more rings soon, and guess where I will be heading? Excellent service at the Oxford Street store!
