I came into the shop with a watch over 50 years old that belonged to my Mum as a child, not much monetary value but huge sentimental value. The mechanism inside no longer existed and I asked if it could be repaired. The shop owners took it for me, went off and did some research and got the job done. They were so kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Been going here for years. Offer regular services like battery change, watch strap adjustment, new clock mechanisms, untangling necklaces. Also have a great selection of jewellery. Always helpful, happy to try something different e,g. a little project I might have that needs a keen eye and better tools. Just this week they removed a tiny magnet that was glued in the wrong position on my spectacles. Saved me buying a new pair. I always offer to pay, they don't always let me.

I cannot praise these guys enough. A little while ago I took in a bracelet of my wife's which had broken. Despite the fact that it was a very fiddly design and so a would be a very time-consuming repair, they took it on when most jewellers would not and did a cracking job for a fair price. More recently I took a pair of my wife's earrings in because the clips had come loose - fixed on the spot with no charge! Doesn't get better than that.

The staff here are always extremely friendly and accommodating and they have a beautiful selection of new jewellery, watches as well as a some second hand pieces. We went in last week as my sons watch had broken (not bought here) They made such a fuss of him and helped him pick out a new one, they went over and beyond to help us and I was so touched. At the same time another customer wanted a repair on her earrings for that evening, the guy fitted her in even though he had only an hour to compete it before he closed. Lovely family business

What a charming gentleman Zac is. He helped me to refill my propelling pencil and did not charge for his time. The shop is full of very interesting items, a definite to visit before Christmas!

Took my glasses here to be fixed as I snapped the very thin metal nose bar. They very kindly fixed them at no charge as there was no guarantee due to how delicate it was. Excellent service, I will definitely go here in future for any resizing, repairs and purchases :)

This shop is very unique. The atmosphere is great and forgotten. The time stopped here and thanks goodness it did. There isn't many places left with this type of family/friendly/neighbourhood approach. I had my precious ring's size enlarged here. They did an amazing job. Also I was already there and this is what woman will do, I look around and found a lots of gift ideas so I will definitely come back. It is a family run business and the owners are just exceptionally good people. Thank you for doing what you do.

Professional, high quality, excellent value I’ve lived locally for years and never ventured here. The claw of my wedding ring was in need of repair and general maintanance. I was fully expecting to have a large bill for a complete reset having had quotes elsewhere. Tina was absolutely lovely and gave me great advice that saved me a lot of cash. So much so, I had some change to buy myself another piece that caught my eye, which I wouldn’t have been able to afford otherwise. I have been using T Jewellery for many years and Zac and Tina (owners) are just fantastic and have never let me down. They have a wonderful range of jewellery from classic to contemporary, from gold to silver and more, but you need to look inside the shop as well as window to see it all.
