Amazing service! It's nerve wracking spending a decent chunk on a used watch when you are buying over the web. What can I say about these guys, well it’s a very funny story. Few years ago I bought a beautiful date just which I still have and love it. It was fairly old but I’ve never seen a watch in such mint condition so grabbed it. About a year later on Instagram I won a voucher for a couple of hundred quid so to treat the misses I put a few quid in and again these guys offered me a great deal on a diamond ring. Needless to say she was over the moon. Roll on a year or 2 later. Me and my better half, strolling down the road and our hands clashed. Her diamond ring put an amazing scratch right down the face of my Rolex 🥺🥺. Straight back up to these guys who gave me a couple of options and when I picked the watch up...again it was back to brand new. In hindsight, these people are amazing, customer service is outstanding with a vast range of anything you want at a price which from shopping round myself, cannot be beat ( and I have been to some miserable jewellers). Guys, keep up the great work and service you provide as this makes you standout from the rest and I will see you soon for a Wimbledon x

Story time. Complete honesty - I haven't purchased from these guys. I was, however, involved in a very unpleasant scam in which someone hijacked my business card and made a very sizeable purchase here. Fortunately, though my bank were unhelpful, I caught it while the transaction was still pending, and managed to contact the two owners, Simon and Sarah. Despite being a small business only recently emerging from the pandemic, they immediately sympathised and agreed to block off the payment, though they had no obligation to do so - it had full authorisation behind it. It is my experience that people with this degree of kindness and decency always run a good shop - things that I'd imagine are prized in the jewellery industry. So - as I say - read the excellent reviews here for a guidance as to their wares and service; this one is just to say that they're extremely good people who you can trust.
