Elliot and his team were very professional and this was the second time we visited the shop. We got my wife’s ring appraised at a very competitive price, and Elliot also checked the mounting of the diamonds and also gave both our rings a complementary polish and shine. Highly recommended, great customer service and a pleasure to deal with.

Vincent, Simon, and their team did a brilliant job on the engagement ring for my (now) fiancee!! We worked together to design an amazing bespoke diamond ring using my erratic ideas and their fantastic experience. I would have been lost without their guidance and advice which was extensive without ever being pushy or impatient. The skill used to make the ring is obvious and it was better than I had imagined. I would recommend them to anyone who wishes to design, mend, or alter jewellery of any kind. A very fun experience!!

I've used The Diamond Shop several times over the past 15 years and highly recommend them. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, really supporting you through your decision, which is often a significant one! They go the extra mile to help, and the diamonds they stock are excellent value. My fiancé was able to get the diamond he chose set in a basic setting for the proposal, then we went back in together to choose the final setting, which was a lovely thing to do together. Really can't fault these guys!

Very highly recommended! We came to Vincent to design my engagement ring as well as our wedding rings. The whole process was just such an amazing experience for us and was one of the things on the ‘wedding planning to-do list’ that we looked forward to every time we visited The Diamond Shop. We went through the whole process of designing, looking at sketches, inspecting and choosing the stones (ethically-sourced and certified), choosing the metals and finish for the same price we would have paid for shop-bought rings. Vincent made the whole experience stress-free - he listened carefully to our ideal designs and guided us with his extensive knowledge and experience of jewellery, a trade he has been in his whole life. It is a small workshop but there was no pushy sales pitch or trying to convince us to choose a certain clarity of stone like in the shops downstairs. Thank you Vincent for everything! It’s now almost our first year anniversary and I’m hoping to convince my husband to buy me a small gift when we visit you after lockdown for our annual ring check!

Adam at the Diamond Shop made our engagement ring and both wedding rings and we couldn’t be happier. I spent a lot of time with him upfront working on designing my fiancée’s ring and he was generous with his time and gave me excellent constructive advice. He put a lot of thought in upfront about the engagement ring and how it would go with the wedding band. Most importantly, the beauty and quality of what he produced for us is astonishing. No one we know has an engagement ring anything like it, and it has made my wife extremely happy! I met with several jewellers and designers before hand and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Came with my partner to have our wedding rings designed. We worked with Elliott. He was really friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. he also gave us lots of ideas on what he thought would work best. Designed two wonderful rings and we are super happy with them both. I'd like to recommend this shop for all jewelry needs. I recently returned seeking an engagement ring having bought a necklace three years earlier. Having been otherwise frustrated (and overwhelmed) by other shops in the area I was relieved to speak with Dan and Adam, and ultimately work with Adam on deciding on the design of the engagement ring. Adam was responsive and reassuring, and didn't tire of my endless questions. The resulting ring was stunning. Service is helpful and very welcoming! Both Adam and other members of staff made the whole process enjoyable!

From start to finish my experience at the diamond shop, and in particular with Adam was exceptional. From the minute I walked through the door to purchase an engagement ring for my partner I was instantly put at ease. The diamond shop is welcoming, personal and thorough. Adam helped bring my design ideas on paper to life and his care and consideration was amazing. It was very apparent to me that with Adam it makes no difference to him in terms of service given if a customer spends £4K or £40k - he treats everyone with same exceptional service, good humour and expertise.
