Lovely service! My favourite ring got broken and I came in this place hoping to get it fixed and put it back together. Nicky did an amazing job for me and managed to get it fixed in a few days. Can't thank him enough! Amazing service, very polite and a great job! Thank you again for your help.

I recently purchased a watch which needed links taken off. I did not have the time to travel to one of the big watch retailers and found this local shop on Google. I popped in and a gentleman was very kind and professional and adjusted my watch for me in a short space of time. Cost: £15, Will definitely use again.

I don't think either of these reviewers is being fair. I have had nothing but consistently good and polite dealings with this company — the owner has frequently gone the extra mile for me and has gone out of his way to give me good service. He's fixed things that I thought couldn't be fixed and brought back to life pieces of jewellery I didn't wear. What is more, he will tell a customer if something is not worth spending money on, very rare in my experience. Perhaps he is a little more expensive than the other reviewers were expecting, but he is a sole trader. They wouldn't get such good deals in Hatton Garden, that's for sure. As someone who wants to support local traders, I think Jewel Box is a little gem.
