My partner and I found Vincent at The Sapphire Shop by googling Sapphire Shops in Hatton Gardens and then we turned up to discover this amazing workshop! We loved the atmosphere immediately but we went and did our due diligence for several hours, inquiring at other shops up and down Hatton Gardens, before we returned to Vincent at the end of the day. We knew the design we wanted and he showed us several sapphires so we could choose the one we liked the most. The design is quite intricate and we are blown away by the skill with which he executed such detail. It is perfect. It is the loveliest ring I have ever owned and my partner and I could not be happier. Highly recommended!

I went here by chance really while looking for a ring in Hatton Garden - a bit like a suit it pays to know the details before you go in but if you don't then having a flexible and sensitive guide such as Elliott, who I spoke to, makes all the difference - they provided an excellent range of stones and settings, from which I was able to make "the one". It (yellow sapphire with diamond halo) came out streets ahead of the other store I was consulting with. She said yes! It has since received a LOT of really nice comments. A bit of luck, and a lot of help from these guys - highly recommend!

The most personalised and professional ring service I've come across. We came to The Sapphire Shop when we were looking for an engagement ring. My needs were specific and I wanted a sustainable ring that was a particular design. We had seen a few other shops but nothing was like The Sapphire Shop. From the moment we entered the shop, we knew this was the right choice. We were met by Sonya who walked through our options. Friendly, fun and extremely knowledgeable, she helped us narrow our options and presented some gems of which might be suited to our needs. The gems were beautiful and she took extreme care to source gems that reflected our needs and design. Sonya took extreme care to cater to our ideas and make the impossible, possible! She was a delight to speak to throughout the whole process and she really helped to distill our ideas. It almost felt like we were speaking to a friend rather than a sales person. She gave sound advice that was always in our interest, and never pushed us to purchase. We were completely at ease and comfortable with the team from the get go. Elliott was the ring maker who provided invaluable knowledge on design. He created the ring over a series of weeks. It was stunning and completely surpassed our expectations. He was knowledgable, very easy to speak to and has amazing skill. When we collected the ring, Simon, a super friendly and genuine ringmaker unveiled the ring. He was again extremely helpful, giving us additional advice, help and assistance with some other enquiries we had. He went beyond the expected and was incredibly kind. We are very thankful! Overall I'd recommend The Sapphire Shop without a doubt. It's been an incredible journey from start to finish, creating a ring that feels personal to us, and has been crafted to our needs. I really recommend anyone wanting a ring to visit this shop. Not only is their craftsmanship incredible, but their customer service is too. I'll definitely be back!

Exceptional service, the team are so friendly and really helped me pick my perfect engagement ring. Saw the absolute legend that is Elliot at The Sapphire Shop a few months ago and he guided me through the process, letting me know the different types of ring and stone that were available for our specs. I genuinely cannot rate this place high enough. My Fiancé and I had the most fantastic experience with this shop to find her her engagement ring. We visited many of the high street shops along Hatton Garden for a blue sapphire ring, but we were not satisfied with any of them considering the astonishing prices they charge. Once we visited the Sapphire Shop, there was no doubt we would only continue with them. The customer service they provide you with is excellent... we had the pleasure of working with Sonya to find our perfect ring, and she sat with us and walked us through all the options we could consider. Her knowledge of gemstones, their origins, and the bespoke jewellery industry was outstanding, and we knew we were listening to an expert. She was also very friendly and accommodating to our needs. She treated us like we were very important clients, and always listened to how my Fiancé felt about each ring. They worked very well to get us the best ring they could within our budget. The lengths they went to ensure she had her perfect ring were incredible, and we couldn't have asked for more. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Do not hesitate to visit them and discuss your needs, they are the best and you won't be disappointed!

I bought a rose gold sapphire and diamond engagement ring from the Sapphire Shop. I worked with Vincent. The whole process was great. I went into the workshop a few times to meet with Vincent, we discussed and reviewed tens of different sapphires, did some sketches, I shared photos of other rings I liked, and I talked about what I wanted and didn't want. Even with me saying silly things like "I'd like the prongs quite talony but not extremely talonly" - Vince took it in his stride. Vincent advised around what was practicable and what wasn't as well as giving "helpful hints" based on his experience. We communicated via email, phone and in person. I also communicated with Sonya who was super positive, responsive and helpful. I received a 3D printed mock up of the ring which I reviewed and made comment on. The ring was sent to me via courier. Upon review there were some changes required to the ring - I went into the workshop to meet with Vince and we followed up via email and we discussed solutions. The rectification work was done no worries as part of the original price and the ring sent out again via courier. The ring is perfect and both myself and my partner love it! Really great. Completely recommend the workshop as the total experience was interesting, positive and the outcome was perfect. Thanks!!

The Sapphire Shop were amazing! I'd been searching for my perfect engagement ring for a while and the Sapphire Shop came highly recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. Sonya was so friendly and helpful over email and I was able to send in pictures and ideas whilst arranging my appointment. Vincent designed my ring and was brilliant from start to finish, he completely understood what we were looking for and talked through various options before we settled on a design. Being able to see all the different size and colour sapphires made the process much easier and preferable to online options (the Sapphire Shop matched for value). The ring was ready within 2-3 weeks and we're so happy with the final result. I'd highly recommend the Sapphire Shop - thank you Sonya and Vincent!

My experience with the Sapphire Shop was 100% positive: I couldn't be happier with the end result, and everybody with whom I interacted was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. I was guided through the design process from start to finish:- I mentioned that I was looking for a blue/green sapphire for a white metal engagement ring and within about half an hour, Sonya had sourced a selection far better than the other jewelers I had visited up to that point. Adam was extremely patient and informative in helping me pick the right stone, offering advice and suggesting considerations I might want to make. He took the time to explain to me various aspects of gemology and metallurgy, which was tremendously helpful during the design process. The ring was completed well within the time frame I had given, and when I went to pick it up, Adam had also made an excellent painting of the ring design. TL;DR: Excellent ring, knowledgeable & friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
