Y. Y. (.Nice store, with nice jewelry. If only it was the quality I expected. I bought my sunglasses from a different Thomas Sabo Store, which I can no longer access and they broke within a year of purchase. A minor break, but nonetheless not my fault. I went to the store to try and workout a replacement under warranty. Even though the store had my specific pair in stock, I was told they'd have to send it out for repair which would take 2-3 months. The manager did not even bother to come and tell me this in person.
From now on, I would think twice before parting with my cash at Thomas Sabo.

M.I went into Thomas Sabo yesterday with a Necklace I had received for my birthday in December that had worn out a little, and instead of sending it off to get fixed, the staff decided to completely exchange it free of charge for me. I have never received such good service before. Not only this, but they were super kind, friendly and welcoming. A big shout out to Sandy and Derek from the Westfields store in Shepard’s Bush. You made my day, thank you! :)
