Popped in with my wife to purchase a ring, warmly welcomed by Ela Bansiter who then spent a great deal of time helping us select options. We returned a week later to look at several rings she had ordered in. She had prepared a private room with champagne, nibbles, lilies and balloons for our baby boy. We spent an unhurried hour selecting the ring. A lovely shopping experience all round, hats off to Ela and her team.

Have purchased a necklace, an engagement ring, and two wedding bands from Tiffany. From start to finish, the staff have been kind and attentive. They bring you a drink whilst you wait, and go over all of the options with you. Unlike many other jewellery stores, they aren't trying to upsell you. They want you to love your jewellery, and they want their reputation to shine, so that when somebody admires your jewellery and asks where it's from, you can give them a good recommendation. Further to this, our rings will have complimentary servicing for life, so that if our finger sizes change with age, we don't have to pay any additional fees to have the rings adjusted. Very happy with this particular store.

Oliver was very helpful to me when I visited Tiffany's in westfield to make an important purchase. After visiting several jewelers in westfield to compare, I came back to Tiffany's in the end as I felt most comfortable with the quality of service they provided. Occasionally it can get quite busy, as it was when i visited, I think the only improvement I could suggest is to have a few more staff available for those busier times. Overall though it was a great experience.

purchased my first tiffany item from this store and got my first blue box! the staff and security seem friendly. was served by robert de oliveria, very friendly and helpful. this was my first experience at a tiffany store so I'm not sure whether it'd match experiences i might potentially have at other stores but it was alright. people say that purchasing a tiffany item is all about the experience, would love to see what that's about. might buy another item next month!

My partner and I had an excellent experience at the Tiffany's in Westfield, Shepherds Bush. The staff went above and and beyond for us in exchanging a ring that was purchased abroad. They could have demurred and walked away from the transaction, but instead, they did everything necessary to rectify the situation including coordinating with the US store. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Westfield store. They have in us a loyal customer.
