Personally one of my favourite brands, lots of choice of clothing, shoes, bags and accessories. All staff were lovely and very helpful. Did have to wait quite a while for some trainers to be brought up but the shop was busy and that was to be expected. The aftershave in the picture smells amazing, highly recommend that gets purchased. Clothes size wise I would say for men if your a medium you could be a medium in TH or you will be the large if your unsure of the medium. What I did love is that they offer free embroidery service instore and you can really customise your items and make your purchase that little bit extra special and stand out from other people.

I visited TH Regent Street last Saturday (11/09/2021) to buy some new clothes as TH is my favourite brand. Prior to my visit, I was exchanging emails with Hannah Spiller who assisted me with arranging a personal shopper experience. On a day, I was greeted by Lewis, a store manager, who was fully aware of my appointment. He introduced me to such a lovely girl called Britney who was assisting me during the appointment. Britney was very helpful and professional, and she found few lovely pieces for me. I then had a complimentary coffee, together with my friend who was there with me, in a café where Tamara and Megan looked after us. Such a lovely girls. I left TH Regent Street with a big smile on my face. See you soon, guys:) Please open your store in Liverpool:)))

I absolutely love this place! The ambience and vibe are very positive, airy and there is always an amazing smell as soon as you walk in. I love their clothes and accessories. Their staff are amazing, you can tell they are exceptionally trained to put the customer first- i’ve had to return an item once and I had no issues whatsoever. I've had two pairs of TH jeans from this store and both of them have been fantastic quality, long lasting and the staff in the store are always so sweet, friendly and helpful.

I buy a lot of my formal attire here and despite the fact that a suit of mine was damaged by iron during a simple alteration work, but for which I was compensated financially, I still recommend this for Tommy Hilfiger products. On one occasion, they even fixed my raincoat while I waited and all at no cost, despite not producing any receipt. There is also worth mentioning that there is a small cafeteria on the first floor. I was fond with my damaged grey suit and hence this four-star rating.

As it is a flagship store they had so many clothes to offer and exclusive runway ones .The service at Tommy Hilfiger was absolutely great. Mustafa did so much running up and down but he never failed to satisfy me and offered me many alternatives for clothes and even gave some fashion advice which eased my purchase. The store was tidy and and the layout was easy to locate for clothes. I was really happy to shop from here and I found a lot more stuff to buy rather than going to house of Fraser or Selfridge's. This shop has everything so I must recommend to come here and buy all your Tommy Hilfiger clothes without a doubt.

Went in with 15 minutes to select, try on and buy a new fitted shirt for a meeting. Was in a huge rush and - although the first few staff I encountered at the door were relatively unhelpful (likely not their fault - they cannot leave their sections), Eve, who was working on the desk, went out of her way to run to the stock room, bring back exactly what I needed, and dash back to me. She even took the tags off on the floor, so I could pay and walk out in my outfit, and tried to elevate the experience from panic to luxury. Thanks for your help, Eve!
