a. s.The best jewellery shop in green street with reasonable prices. I bought so many jewellery from their and was never disappointed. The costumer service is also very good.
N. P.The actual process of buying the gold ring in store was fine. I guess when it's about making profit, they will do anything. After purchasing a gold ring, we needed to get it resized. We had agreed someone will collect on our behalf and gave their details (information was on the receipts too). The family member went to collect the ring on our behalf and was spoken to in a very disrespectful manner. Laughing in customers face and walking away is not how you speak to or treat your customers. Refusing to give the ring is not it. I was very unhappy hearing this. I had asked the family member to ask for the employees name which she refused to give. She had said EK?
if you are reading this, please know, customer service means a lot to your customers and for this reason, do not look to buy anything from your shop again.
