The service here is amazing and the rings are all hand made and you get to choose the diamonds which get set in the ring. If you are looking for a fancy cut diamond they have them all. We came in for the diamond masterclass event. Fady and Yasmin were very helpful and answered all our questions we asked.

My fiance and I went wending band shopping for the first time today since getting engaged. Vashi, the Westfield store, was the first store we visited and ended up being the only jewelery store we went to. Upon entering, Delma gave us a warm welcome and asked if we needed any help. She then took us to the stores seating area, sat with us to understand our needs and thereafter guided us through the whole process. Delma was super professional, friendly, attentive and so genuine. We really appreciated her view on the different styles and she knew exactly what she was talking about. My fiance and I are so big on customer service and Delma exceeded our expectations. Thanks to her, we will be returning within the next week or so to place our orders. Delma is an asset to Vashi.

I've come to VASHI at Westfield a few times, first to buy my diamond wedding band and then to have it resized and cleaned. Their service has always been topnotch also remotely!!! I have been assisted by different staff members and they've all been super friendly, professional and helpful so I can only recommend VASHI to whoever is considering buying wedding bands! On a side note, I JUST LOVE MY RING!

After weeks of searching for the perfect engagement ring I stumbled across Vashi. Rather than having generic options which only tick some of the boxes of what I was looking for, with Sherin's help I found the perfect ring for my girlfriend, now fiancée, as needless to say: she said yes! This is place has been fantastic in my searching for the perfect engagement ring. The staff have been very attentive and flexible with the appointment bookings. The staff also have been very good at replying to emails in a prompt manner which has made the process very smooth. I had my rings engraved free of charge and they will be re-plated & cleaned once a year for life: can't say fairer than that. Outstanding service. I have walked through this shop many times and decided to ask if they can do anything with my ring that looks more dull lately. Recently purchased an engagement ring which I'm very happy with, and a special thanks to Nicoleta. In the initial meeting we talked about the styles I was interested in and we made a plan for her to bring in some diamonds that would fit my specs and fell within my budget. On the second meeting, a week or so later, she showed me the diamonds she had brought in which were of a very high standard and she discarded the ones that did not seem adequate (if you are buying an engagement ring I urge you to actually SEE the diamond and the bands in person before placing an order - the variability can be huge). The final product was ready in about 5 days time and Nicoleta noticed that where the ring was resized there was an etch mark at the join on the band which she was not happy to let me walk away with. She actually went all the way to Piccadilly that day to have it polished off and was ready for collection that evening. She really was outstanding and the value for money compared with some other jewellers is very good.

Love this place. The team are well trained and know what there talking about when it comes to diamonds. Big competition with at least 3 other engagement ring carriers in Westfield. But in the end i chose them as it was the attension to sercive they gave me by really carefully listening to what i wanted. One girl particularly stood out called Nurcin, bubbly and chatty and went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. I love this place... As soon as we Arrived, Me and my Fiance was greeted with a big smiley face by Nurcin. We were seen straight away by her and taken into a little corner... We were offered beverages and sweets... They had a small bowl of love hearts which was a nice touch being so close to valentines day.. Nurcin listened to us carefully, and had took to time to explain each diamond we choose. she held each one under the light for us to see clearly and helped us compare the quality of each one. She also gave us a little background knowledge of what we should look for in the diamond called the 4 C's.. She displayed them carefully for us, and at a stage i got her opinion on which one i should take and i must say she help me chose the best for what suited out budget and my hand.
