L. E.Simon and his team redesigned and remade my engagement ring to sit better with my wedding ring. The whole process was so professional and enjoyable, I can not fault the service of the team. I am delighted with my new ring and Simon helped me repurpose my old engagement ring setting into a new dress ring. I very much look forward to having another reason to work with W&W on some jewellery in the future, I can not recommend them enough.
M. P.I went to w&w few months ago as I wanted to create a piece of jewellery that marked the birth of my second child.
At the start, I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted however after few brainstorming sessions with Richard I finally had a clear picture in mind.
Richard was patient, creative and translated my ideas on the design.
The whole experience has been nothing but wonderful from start to finish, the customer service and knowledge second to none. I am extremely pleased with my new piece of jewellery and can’t take my eyes off it.
H. F.Superb service and couldn’t be happier with my engagement ring. Having listened to what we wanted, Simon gave us a range of choices including pre-owned rings and bespoke options. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions clearly. I felt he gave impartial advice and in no way pushed us towards the more expensive end of our budget. Once we’d chosen our ring, we were kept informed of progress and it was delivered within a couple of weeks, along with supporting documentation. Overall, a really professional and friendly service – highly recommend.

We've been customers ever since my husband approached W&W to design my engagement ring (and wedding band) over 6 years ago. The design is so unique demonstrating the team's creativity whilst also having been able to draw from our story as a couple to make it incredibly special. The team have since worked on other pieces for us including reworking a family ring into earrings. Saving up for more pieces in due course!

I approached the company to help me design an engagement ring and was contacted by Simon. He was knowledgeable, passionate and very receptive to ideas. It was a very collaborative process and we ended up with a ring that was within budget and more beautiful than I could’ve imagined at the start. Needless to say, I returned to W&W for our wedding rings and for all other jewellery-related needs since. A. S.W&W went over and above creating a beautiful pair of engraved gold cufflinks for a birthday present. Their communication is amazing, I was kept up to date on progress and was involved in the design process. Choosing the fonts for the initials and two small pictures for other side of the engraving, W&W offered great advice and lots of options. They posted the order to me and it arrived the next day, and the cufflinks are perfect. The hand engraving is of such high quality, I could not recommend W&W more!
