I was very impressed with the quality of the work done to my silver chain which needed repairing - it was perfect. Dimitrios the sales rep was very friendly and helpful. I was given a phone call when the chain was ready to be picked up, took about 4 days. Very happy with the service, highly recommend!

Today I went to Watch surgery to repair my watches. Lady(Nikola) what served me was very helpfull and polite staff. She offered me 1 year warranty for my new watch battery and they also provided pressure test for my tissot watch. Very good price compare with other stores guys ! :) I definetly come back to repair my other watches

I don't usually write reviews but decided that these guys deserve one. I had a vintage Audemars Piguet watch that belonged to my grandmother but for some reason wasn't working anymore. It had a huge sentimental value to me so I was willing to bend over backwards if I need to just to find a place that could fix my watch. I visited about 10 watch repair places in London but any of them could help me. As I was almost to give up I accidentally came across this little gem called Watch Surgery. I didn't have my watch with me at the time but I told them about it and they said that most probably they can help me. So a day after I brought my watch and finally heard a positive answer! They said that my watch needs servicing and because it's vintage it may take some time. The staff was very helpful and professional providing me with all the information I needed to know about my watch so I didn't hesitate and left it there. I was ready to wait a month or so for it to be fixed but it only took a week! I was so happy to see it working again and they even noticed that my lock needs to be tightened a little and did it without any extra charge! Just wanted to thank you guys again for doing an impeccable job! Best regards Veronica

I recently had a ring repaired here and am very happy with the result. The staff were helpful and friendly and the ring now looks brand new - in addition to the repair it has been cleaned! I was told it would be around 2 days, but was contacted less than 12 hours later to say it was complete. Thank you for the great service!
