Excellent watch, price and service. Bought Rolex submariner 11613. Came securely packaged, arrived next day in like new condition. Would highly recommend.

Overall a good experience. A comprehensive review. At first, having seen the negative reviews, I was very wary to buy from the Watch Centre. However, they had the two watches that I was looking for and I negotiated a great price, which was substantial, £100k. Before I transferred the money (not using a credit card but bank transfer) I spoke to another dealer, whom I had bought from in the past, who said they are fine to deal with and that he knows Raj (the owner), and don't worry about the transfer, they will give you the watches! I was also given a zoom call to see the watches and had pleasant communication and great customer service. My only gripe is that they wanted £1,000 to post the watches to me since they said they said that since one is over £50k it requires an armoured vehicle to bring them to me. The overall cost is £1,200, and I will have to pay £1,000. I wasn't happy with this and despite tough negotiations couldn't change this. Apparently, because the price of the watches was so good they couldn't pay the postage in full. So in the end, I collected the watches myself. Other dealers don't have this problem and this may need revisiting by the Watch Centre. Meeting them in their offices, though time consuming in getting there, was however, a positive and pleasant experience. May I suggest that they update their site it enable alerts of new items. Apparently this can be done via Chrono24 but to be honest that site is tricky to use at the best of times. So it would be more productive to get alerts directly from the Watch Centre. I am surprised following my own overall positive experience at the negative reviews of others. I would definitely buy from them again. Special thanks to Jude and Bal, and the gentleman on security who watched my car for me.

This is a longstanding and trustworthy business to deal with. The Bond Street shop is small and secure with a resident guard. Overall I was satisfied with the watch that was purchased, although the payment process wasn’t what I would have preferred. Not entirely the fault of the staff or company, just that a little more understanding would be better appreciated, as it would’ve caused less inconvenience to me if the payment of the final negotiated price could be done with credit card instead of bank transfer, especially making known that I was on vacation in London for only a day when I first visited the shop and will be on travel and tours to other EU countries the following day. Had to stay in constant contact with my local bank in Singapore for 3 days for authorizing the worldwide interbank transfers while I was on the move and with the time difference between the countries to make sure payment was duly cleared before I returned to London for just one night to collect the watch, which kinda disrupted the mojos of my vacation. Hi Danielle, This HW Ocean had caught my attention about a year ago had it with the HW signature design 750 bracelet. Thanks to your swift responses to my initial enquiries. But it wasn't led further progress. A year on, unable to resist I had to revisit and try advance to this HW fortunately still on offer. Following to quite a series of communications and negotiations, we were able to close the sale. From payment to despatch took no delay at all. The watch arrived to me in Hong Kong by Fedex nicely. All appeared in order, full set HW box and paper. Overall condition of the HW is mint and clean with minor wear considering the age since 1998. Quick set date functions properly. This HW Ocean Pt950 despite a relatively small case of about 37.5mm, it commands nearly 250gm a quarter of kilo! The watch since received been several days now is so far running time accurately. The piece is nice and beautiful and much exceeds my expectation. I am pleased with your colleague Ellie-Mae responding to my queries swiftly and with patience. It has been a good experience on this occasion to acquire this HW piece from you. And I should appreciate the price we were able to compromise despite I was insisted to bear bank charges of the online wire transfer payment for both parties which I still not content with but its only worked out about £20 extra on me! A deposit was mandatorily required and hence a subsequent balance payment. It would be much more transaction friendly for overseas online purchaser like me to make one single payment rather than two! I would certainly keep an eye on any offers you may be offering in future and make purchase(s) again If there are any pieces of interests.
