I am a collector and have dealt with John and Tim for the best part of 20 years now - mostly buying from them, but they have also sold a few of my pieces on commission for me too, over the years. They have also been my 'go to gurus' for advice on 'investment' and 'vintage' pieces for many years. Totally helpful and trustworthy, I have no hesitation in recommending watches.co.uk to anyone looking for a quality Swiss wristwatch at a sensible price. My advice - stay away from the 'bargains' on Instagram and the like (you'll get burned) - deal with a proper company like Swiss Watch Company. Stay safe and be lucky everyone.

I was absolutely delighted with the service from Tim. As a new customer I was understandably nervous in buying a watch not from an ‘Authorised Dealer’. Tim helped me understand the process and made me feel assured in him and the company. To be safe with this type of transaction, it is most important to find a dealer who you feel confident in. Once Tim explained about his history and that of the company, I felt very comfortable. I knew then that this was where I wanted to buy my new watch from. Pick your dealer first then – find your watch. I explained to Tim my budget and what I was looking for. Within a few weeks Tim got back in touch to say he had a time piece which may interest me. At all-times the communication perfect – and we were able to complete the transaction. The watch arrived very well packaged to a high standard – including all original boxes and papers.
