The people at this jewellers are amazing. Friendly and fair. I brought in a ring that I thought couldn’t be fixed and they fixed it within a week, quoted me a very fair price and when I got it back the ring looked better than ever. They’re honestly brilliant. The ring was so meaningful to me and the person who gave it to me that I was so worried it wouldn’t get fixed, but I got it back good as new! Highly recommend! X

This place is good to fix jewellery, custom your own stuff, Jay is a good worker and can do many good deals and jewelry design for you to your own quality! Nice location The only thing isnthst the jewellery on display ain't really for me I like big and heavy whereas they cater for the market

I cannot praise these guys highly enough. My old but faithfull Rolex had a damaged clasp, a missing link, the glass crystal was chipped and the bracelet was loose, floppy and scratched. What I received back genuinly looked as if it had come straight out of the Rolex showroom. A fantastic transformation - thanks guys - very much appreciated.

Brilliant place, great customer service. Had a watch, 2 bracelets and a chain repaired and was very impressed with service, price and speed. They had found a problem with the watch and managed to fix it, which another watch repair shop had choose to ignore and at NO EXTRA COST to myself. Would happily recommend to others.

The rings detached from the inside of my chronograph watch and I went to a jewellery shop where the guy quoted a £50 repair price. I decided to try Willesden Jewellers and my watch was repaired at a much lower cost and very efficiently. Very fast!!! So impressive. I will definitely use them again

Excellent service - had a problem with my watch since April 2014 and it was resolved few weeks ago and fixed instantly. Also I had an issue with a ring and it was dealt with within 2 working days . Vijay brilliant. Had my very old Raymond Weil watch repaired, still had a slight problem after service. Vijay took it back twice until he got it working perfectly. He gave me a one year warranty after the first service which meant I didn't have to pay for follow ups. Brilliant guy, great personal service.

A small but friendly jewellery store that stocks a nice selection of jewellery. Staff are quite helpful, and allow you to peruse for as long as you wish to . There are good transport links to the shop, but parking is difficult in the area, due to double yellow lines and permit parking

Willesden is not known for its high class watch and clock repairers, on the contrary, Willesden's reputation has always been less than desirable since the early 19th century. However, this is Willesden's Jewellers, a real gem. Very glad I stumbled on this new shop, they dealt with various restoration and repairs on my watches beyond my expectations and for a very reasonable price. Was impressed by the breadth of knowledge and advice given. Highly recommend a visit, perhaps a tour of the well equipped workshop will, perhaps, inspire confidence. One very satisfied customer.
