Based on a few very rough ideas I had she designed a really brilliant and unique ring. I enjoyed the process of discussing design ideas and appreciated her clear guidance and communication. Of the pieces she has made for me I cannot choose a favourite - the sapphire rings are both intensely sculptural and modern, the diamond ring very organic, the spinel necklace delicate and beautiful and the ruby and diamond brooch timeless. I sincerely recommend Zuzana and count the day we first met as one of the happiest days in my life.

Must admit that we were not best organised and left the rings to the last minute, but Zuzana made a great deal of effort to make our rings ready for the big day. We both love our rings, they are a perfect match both to each other and to our hands.
To be honest I never expected my husband to wear his ring, he is really not a jewellery wearing kind of guy, he had reserves that he could get used to having something on his finger.
However he hasn’t taken it off once since our wedding two and a half years ago. That’s the credit to Zuzana’s beautifully crafted comfortable ring. ❤️

C. C.So I actually stumbled across Zuzana's work entirely by accident looking for a birthday gift for my wife. At this point Zuzana had not set up on her own but she had created the piece that I came across. It was an absolutely beautiful necklace with an uncut sapphire pendant held in either white gold or platinum (can't remember now). It was one of those pieces that you see and suddenly nothing else will do. At the time I spoke with Zuzana about the possibility of getting matching drop earrings made, obviously not the most straightforward task as the stones are not simply cut to size but have to be of the same kind of size and shape in their uncut state.
Anyway a couple of years go by and I have forgotten about this conversation when, out of the blue I get a call from Zuzana who has now set up on her own. Despite it being several years she has continued to keep an eye out for the stones and has found some that match. These now form a beautiful accompaniment to the original necklace.
I really cannot recommend Zuzana enough. The quality of the product is second to none, the customer service is amamzing and it really feels like she goes the extra mile to accommodate interesting requests. Definitely pop in to her place, some of the pieces in there are absolutely fantastic and very different to anything I had seen previously.

Blessed with the ability to transform your design thoughts into reality, she listens to you, engages with you, offers up design ideas and will give you as much time as you need to come to the decision you want to come to. Her work is exemplary; she has so far made an engagement ring, a wedding ring and an eternity ring for my wife and two wedding rings for me (sadly I lost the first one). She made each experience a memorable one, always delivers on what she promises and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I had a full blown operation on how to Both surprise my wife with a ring for my proposal, but also to make sure that she liked the ring and I didn’t end up paying for a ring she didn’t like or was not her style. Zuzana helped me through by preparing some designs , sourcing the diamond and giving me a token ring that I used for my proposal.
After I was happily engaged with a fake zirconium ring I showed my wife Zuzana’s designs , and we went back for the final tweaks that my wife wanted and we had an amazing ring done by Zuzana, and on time!

N. H.Walking down the street on which Zuzana Jewellery is situated was a bewildering sight to behold. Shop after shop after shop displaying a great range of very similar rings and other assorted jewellery was daunting in the extreme until I came across a set of three windows offering something very different. My initial anxiety at the vast and homogenous nature of what was confronting me was to some extent relieved when I found myself looking at things that immediately caught the eye and drew me in. Everything was different and interesting and unique and allowed for the imagination to play and for contemplation of the bespoke. Entering the shop, my reception was equally pleasant. I was listened to and allowed time to explain what had to that point been only a vague image backed up by a photograph that gave some guidance to the ideal. I was walked through the process and made to feel very comfortable at every stage with clear guidance and accommodating support that allowed me to visualise what the possibilities were and assisted in turning vagueness into reality. I am very grateful to Zuzana for offering a light in the darkeness and for designing something that has allowed me to give to my now fiancé a very special ring that she will wear for the rest of her life. We are now planning to visit the shop again to discuss the design of wedding rings that I am sure will be equally beautiful, unique and cherished as the ring described above.
