Just want to give a massive shout out to Dan. I found a product on their online shop from their branch and I wasn't sure about it because I couldn't see it. I didn't want to order it for it to be scratched. So I called the shop and Dan answered, he sent me some really detailed photos and it looked mint. He told me I could trade in items against it if I wanted too and that they also offer buyback if I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell something and I could buy it back. The package arrived in just a day, well packaged and it looks great. It's going to make the perfect gift. Thanks Dan, you really made a birthday for someone that bit more special.

Recently purchased a GeForce GTX 3060Ti from Cash converters Maidstone. Was told it was like new and it has since proved to be as such. Looking for top-quality service and rewarded loyalty for your custom? Look no further. Been going here for years. Yet I have to say the current set-up, with young Josh, squire Ethan, and that bloke Dan… 😂😂 TOP bloke Dan, best manager and team that store has seen in my opinion- and I’ve used the store since at least 2010. I’ve used the buy back option to raise cash against my musical instruments mostly, and all three of these chaps have gone above and beyond to accommodate every need and smooth out issues to keep me on track and my goods in my possession. Customer service and genuine care for people to have options open to them are at the forefront of what they do. They’ve given the brand a local touch, with personal service. The other branches could learn a thing or two from this (dare I say it…) “dream team”! Keep on keepin’ it real, Lads.

A great start to the day ! Myself and my fiancé headed down to Maidstone Cash Converters as she had some items to sell. First off - such a speedy response from the team there! Notably so from: Dan; the manager, who really made the first point of contact, to customer service advice a great experience! (Many thanks!) In store we had the opportunity to browse items. Everything is clearly priced/ signposted, along with concise payment schemes if required. The Maidstone branch has many good items in stock/ in store. Whilst being served we were made to feel VERY WELCOME! Also to note this was during the ‘heatwave’… The lady there who was also very knowledgeable and helpful made us both feel relaxed and at ease. We had a good chat. My fiancé was dealt courteously and professionally. Dan is clearly very knowledgeable, with good experience throughout. One of the best Cash Converters in the Kent area. Always greeted by Josh and the other staff. They sell mostly every phone, games and consoles. Very good prices on almost every item. Cheaper than CEX, Game or any other phone shops by far. Josh is also a very nice guy to talk to always happy to help on anything. Great store and the manager and team are fantastic. Saw another review on here stating the manager is rude and I can only imagine that is from a customer who did not get their own way and as such has decided to be rude about the store and manager. Go in to this store often and only ever see and hear them going the extra mile for people including myself. Find that people are quick to leave reviews when they are not happy about something and will happily exaggerate and even make stuff up. I would say for this store at least to ignore the negative reviews as the staff here are fantastic and will always do their best to help where possible.
