I had such a pleasant experience at Custom & co in Maidstone. The service was extraordinary - they listen well, value your wants, and exceed expectations. The goldsmith did a beautiful job on repairing my family ring which was in a pretty bad shape and needed a good clean as well. My necklace chain was also repaired and it feels amazing to be able to wear those pieces again. The ring looked unrecognisable in the best way possible! I was pleasantly surprised by the repair cost as I would've been happy (and was expecting) to pay a higher price. Thank you so much Custom & co for making my jewellery wearable again and making it look beautiful. You made my day, and my mum was smiling like never before when I showed her the ring :)

Such an amazingly personal service, from ring selection, to the bespoke band made to fit my rare shaped engagement ring. The lead time was 4 weeks shorted than origionally quoted and the end results are amazing. Couldn't reccomend C&C any more! Thank you team C&C xxx

I took my vintage engagement ring to the Bluewater store to havebot resized, and I am so glad that I did. This is the second time the ring has been resized (not done by them originally) and I would definately take any jewellery I needed repaired/resized to them again The gentlemen in the store were so friendly, and helpful! The man who served me gave the opportunity to try different ring sizes, he was knowledgeable about the business and answered all my questions. One of the men kept my daughter entertained, and they didn't mind that she was being nosy and looking at all the repairs one of the other men were busy working on! My only regret is not getting the ring half a size smaller, as I think that would have made it just a bit more snug. Would definately recommend!

Custom & Co, i can't say any bad about them or the process in any way shape or form. Very helpful, not pushing you into anything and very easy to talk to. Custom and Co are AMAZING! We use them for any special jewellery item and highly recommend Ben and his team to all our family and friends. My husband first used Custom and Co in 2016 for an engagement ring. Ben helped my husband find the perfect diamond and designed a beautiful ring just for me. With the right ring in his pocket my husband beamed with confidence at the proposal knowing if I had any doubt about marrying him I couldn’t turn down the ring ;-). My husband was so pleased with service he received from Ben, that when it was time to purchase our wedding rings he was adamant there was only one place to go! It was at our wedding ring consultation that I realised why my husband wanted to use Custom and Co so much. Ben’s knowledge and expertise just shone through! Ben took the time out of his busy day to sit down with us, he made us feel at ease as we tried to explain the ideas that we had. Throughout the consultation Ben spent the time getting to know us and gained an excellent understanding of what we were after. Aware of our budget, Ben was then able to offer lots of ideas and advice regarding different metals and designs. We left the consultation oozing with confidence and extremely excited to see the final products. The final products exceeded our expectations and were everything we wanted and more. Why pick a ring off the shelf when you can have something bespoke and personalise to you? Every 6 months we take the rings back to Custom and Co for a Service and Clean. They are always returned sparkly and looking as good as new. I find myself falling back in love with them all over again. In June I approached Ben for something a bit different. I wanted a special gift for my husband for his first Father’s Day. Ben made the most amazing cuff links from a photo of little ones feet. Such a beautiful gift to mark the most special occasion. A keepsake that will be treasured forever. I can’t recommend Custom and Co enough. If we ever need something special we go to them and they always go over and above to help us create the perfect product. Ben and his team are excellent at what they do and they are always more than happy to help.

Took my bracelet in for repair must say the personal service was exceptional making a change from large commercial chains where customers are purely numbers. Ben showed real customer care and attention to my request and carried out the repair that looked as good as new. I would recommend this jeweller it was a real find.

Was recommended by fellow neighbours. Had an engagement ring resized here. Ben was extremely professional and his work is amazing. Ring fits perfectly and there’s absolutely no sign of where the cut was made. Thank you!
