FABTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE My ring had a broken claw and I bought it into Fraser Hart at Maidstone to get it repaired. I would like to thank Lauren for the brilliant customer service she gave me. I was going on holiday to Turkey and really wanted my repair fixed and returned prior to going. Lauren kept me updated and tried her best to ensure it was returned in time. She phoned me the day before going away to say how sorry she was but although she did her best, it was to arrive the morning of my holiday. My flight was 5:15a.m.! Due to this she made a note on my file to say a reduction would be implemented on the repair. On returning from my holiday I collected my ring and I'm sorry to say Lauren wasn't in. Therefore I would like to thank her now for such an all round excellent service. She's a credit to the Fraser Hart group. If you need a jewelry repair, I would highly recommend Fraser Hart Maidstone.

I visited Fraser Hart Maidstone on Saturday 26th June to look at a new watch. I was greeted by Sophie who was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She showed me a few watches I liked and nothing was too much trouble. She talked me through the finance options and crunched lots of numbers to find the one that suited me best. The whole process was very simple and dealt with very professionally. I left very happy with my Tag Heuer watch and will definitely return to purchase again in the future

Me and my partner come on Sunday to the Maidstone store to pick our rings. We was really welcomed and the staff were so friendly to us, we was greeted by the friendly woman manager at the door, I didn’t get her name. For someone like me that is really fussy, Dylan and Jay The members of staff were really helpful with me finding my perfect ring. I would defiantly recommend Fraser Hart to my friends and people I know, as the customer service was amazing, for a gay couple to come in they made us feel so comfortable, unlike H Samuel where the man manager was very rude to me. I couldn't ask for better staff. Purchased a watch and they honoured the online deal of a free watch winder. Buying a watch is not the same online so was good to have excellent staff who went at great lengths to assist me.
