I came into your store yesterday at approx 12.35 to return a dress that was too big for me. I was served by an extremely helpful young man. He straight away offered to look to see what stock was available and said that he could do an online purchase to have the correct size delivered to my work address. He was extremely efficient, polite and helpful. His service made my shopping experience at your store a delight. I'm sorry I did not get his name, but he definitely an asset to your store

As Peacocks goes, it's a small, pleasant store but it's makeover, reducing it in size has, in my mind, compromised the merchandise range.
