Decided to have my scrap gold made into a new wedding/engagement/eternity ring and also had a 40 year old signet ring resized (which now looks brand new!).From the very start everyone was so helpful and professional. We worked out the design together and Tony then set about making the ring. I am so happy with the finished result. Especially the Ceylon sapphire being set into the ring, as this was from my broken original engagement ring. Would not hesitate to recommend The Jewellery Workshop for a completely original and beautiful piece of jewellery, which will be treasured for many many years to come.

I recently sent my white gold wedding ring to the Jewellery Workshop for it to be rhodium plated. The service I received was excellent - the staff were polite and professional and the result was amazing - I don't think my wedding ring looked that shiny on my wedding day! I shall definitely use this service again and would recommend it to anybody wanting to refresh their jewellery to bring back the sparkle!

Was concerned about sending my Engagement ring in the post, but I had nothing to worry about. The company notified me once they received it and kept me informed on the progress. I sent my ring Tuesday and it was back with me on the Friday looking as new. I would definitely recommend this company.

I've had several pieces of jewellery remodelled by Jewellery Workshop recently and the quality of their workmanship is outstanding. I particularly like the fact that they will use your own gold to make new items. I had a 18ct gold old fashioned chain transformed into a sleek contemporary band ring flush set with emeralds from an old pair of earrings. A heavy 22ct plain ring became a flat profile 14mm wide hammered band and a pair of diamond Lever back earrings are now 18ct white gold studs. The rings are absolutely beautiful. All of the staff are helpful, and considering I live on the other side of the country and my ideas were brought to life by email and phone calls is nothing short of amazing. I will definitely be having more jewellery remodelled here.

I wanted my engagement ring made into a ring I could wear for ever as my partner had died of cancer. The First Lady I saw came up with a lovely design. Just collected my two rings after being resized and they are both beautiful. Very knowledgeable staff pointed out the very old hall marks on one piece so advised minimal work. My mum's engagement ring is also a hugely sentimental piece they've managed to not only resize for me but bring it back to life. We'll be back!

Incredible service from start to finish. Plated our white gold wedding rings and not only do they look brand new but the staff are so friendly. From the initial phone call query to the safety of our rings being sent paramount to them. Even got sent the special delivery certificate via email when they sent them back. Whole process took a week. Lovely company.

Cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. The Staff are amazing, very helpful and patient. Gemma in particular has been so very helpful with helping to redesign some jewellery for me. If you want something a bit different and individual rather than mass produced, particularly for that special piece, then this rather quaint and friendly place is well worth a visit.
