J. L.I went to Austen and Blake to purchase an engagement ring. I spoke to Michael who was very approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped my idea of a ring come to life and couldn’t do enough for me. I returned a few weeks later to have the ring resized and again spoke to Michael who was brilliant and talked me through the process. My experience was very positive and I felt entirely comfortable throughout as I was given the time to ask questions and decide. I highly recommend Michael and Austen and Blake and will be using them again for our wedding bands. Special mention to Charlotte too who was very friendly and welcoming.

Nevertheless, the main reason why I am writing a review is the high level of service that was demonstrated by the staff, particularly Aneesah! I had no idea what anything meant when it came to designing the ring but Aneesah had patiently, and professionally explained it all and she came across very friendly too - absolute credit to the company. Walked out the shop feeling like a diamond connoisseur!!

Charlotte was excellent throughout, providing all of the advice I needed in store, and keeping me updated throughout the order process via e-mail. There was no pressure, and the ring arrived at the store in plenty of time. Having shopped around in advance I'm really glad I chose Austen & Blake, and my fiancée couldn't be happier with the ring.

She was really helpful and patient when i had so many questions about diamonds, cuts, shapes, sizes etc and really made me feel comfortable when purchasing an engagement ring. Was that good of a service, the ring actually fits my girlfriend and that was with me only telling Alyshia roughly the size of her finger, without any other rings to compare it to. Very happy with the experience and highly recommend :)

Since then we’ve been back for a ring for my 30th birthday. All the staff know they’re stuff, they’re happy and friendly and polite.
The jewellery is simply stunning and they do everything they can to make sure that you get exactly what you want - even if you don’t know what you want.
Other members of family are now looking at their items as well. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Searching the High Street - I came across this little Jewellers. They were very informative and helpful with selecting the perfect size, colour & clarity of the diamond to my price range. I did drop the size slightly but the quality upgrade was worth it! A great addition is it was GIA Certified - unlike the other Jewellers who was only graded in house.
