J. G.I chose lily arkwright specifically because I wanted to buy a lab grown diamond ring and the reviews were good. Visited the showroom in didsbury. Kate went through all the options with us. She was very honest and it never felt she was trying to upsell. She wanted us to pick the right ring. Whilst we waited for the ring to be made the team kept us updated throughout. Best of all my fiancee loves the ring. Couldn't recommend more and will be going back for our wedding rings.

Customer service (Kerry and Kate, especially Kerry) was so friendly, personal and professional! I thoroughly enjoyed asking Kerry for advice. She is just so bubbly and positive!
Ring itself was superb. I cannot get over how simply devine my ring is. Its fire and brilliance is incredible. My sister said it was nicer than her diamond ring!
Their website really differentiates themselves from all other websites. It has all the information I needed on it. It looks legit and premium and gave me confidence on making the purchase. I crossed checked their credentials for C&C Moissanites on C&C's website. Everything looks in order and legit.
I love the idea that they make and sell ethical rings and couldn't care less about natural stones, least of all diamonds, if not strongly against them. So this is a huge plus for me.
The only downside is that they don't have a showroom in London, which is such a shame! Otherwise, finding my ring size would have been a quicker process.
Bottom line is, if you are looking for a proper Moissanite ring, this is it! Seriously, you will be blown away by what you get!

E. C.I first contacted Lily Arkwright back in December of last year as I'd been engaged 4 years and still didn't have an engagement ring. I love classic engagement rings but hate the price tag and ethical implications that come with a diamonds. Therefore, moissanite is the perfect alternative.
After sitting with Lauren in the showroom and trying on lots of different sizes and options, my partner and I decided we wanted to use their bespoke design service and have a ring custom made.
I opted for a 2.21CTW Asscher Cut moissanite, a 1.2mm white gold band, with a hidden halo.
I had the first design draft with me in a matter of days, and after making a few small tweaks, my ring started being made in January.
I've received it in the mail this morning, two days earlier than expected, and it is absolutely stunning. It really takes my breath away and the sparkle that comes off it is incredible.
I couldn't be happier with Lily Arkwright's service throughout the entire process, or the ring itself, and I can't wait to show it off.
Lauren and Kate were absolutely phenomenal when it came to answering any questions and responding to emails that I sent, and always made me feel like I was a valued customer.
I can't recommend this company enough, and I'll be ordering my wedding ring from them too in the coming months.

Lily Arkwright have been brilliant right from the start. I wanted a slight alteration made to one of their designs, and they were so helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was amazing the whole way through.

He said that after extensive research he couldn’t find a better place to purchase the ring of my dream. However it was quite big for my finger, so the next day after our engagement I have contacted the team regarding resizing. And that was the second surprise I have had, because I’ve never had better customer service in my life. Emma and Sarah were very fast to respond and extremely helpful and patient with me and all my questions. After shipping my ring back (from Prague) it took them less than 10 days to not only resize, but ship it back to me. If I could give 10 stars, I would without hesitation. Many jewelry stores have good product, but here you will also find exceptional service on top of amazingly beautiful jewelry. Very safe and amazing shopping experience with such a huge selection of engagement rings of all sizes and shapes, not just round cut you see everywhere, but oval, pear, cushion, with halo. Morever, members of their team (Lauren & Claudia) were incredibly attentive to help me get my order on time, particularly since I had needed it posting abroad and kept an eye on its progress hawkishly for me. Highly recommended service.
