L. M.We were able to get a really personalised service for our wedding rings from the staff at Noah James Jewellery. The gold we used was Fair trade which was really important to us and they also supply other sustainable choices for diamonds such as lab grown. They helped us out with design ideas, tailored a ring exactly to the shape of an existing engagement ring and were always helpful and reliable at replying to our questions or wanting to try and adapt things for size. They were able to accommodate some really personalised inscriptions for us which made the rings a little different which we liked too.
Would recommend to all looking for personalised jewellery.
A. W.I found Noah James as I was looking for a someone to create a bespoke engagement ring for my partner, using the stone from a late family members own engagement ring.
The experience from start to finish was brilliant, James listened to exactly what I wanted/had in mind, showed me design examples and brought my own ideas to life. He designed the ring and sent the CAD for me to approve prior to the ring being produced. Needless to say the finished ring was beautiful and exactly what I had in mind! I can't thank James and his team enough for all their hard work.
Excellent service, very resonably priced and an all round plesent experience will ensure Noah James is the only jeweller I will use from now on!

H.I went to James with an idea in my head of the engagement and wedding ring I wanted, he more than brought it to life. he advised me and listened to me and created an image to show me on the computer - extremely clever, I could spin the image of the ring around and look at it from every angle, seeing the proportions before I committed to it being made.
it was perfect in real life and just like the image!
James invites me back for regular cleaning of the ring which is fantastic, they always have a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble.
I also had my husbands wedding ring made and James copied a dress ring for me and made it exactly the same but in gold.
For the skill and service they provide I feel you always get value for money and couldn't recommend Noah James enough!

I had an idea in my mind of a ring but without any artistic ability I assumed it would be impossible to get what I wanted... I was wrong!
I explained my idea and it’s significance and very quickly I was assisted by Ash who was able to bring my idea to life. All of the details were taken care of (many of which would never have crossed my mind!) such as sizing, carat, which finger I’d wear the ring on, complimenting my existing jewellery etc. I was kept informed and involved throughout the process of my ring being created and the finished piece is stunning. It fits perfectly, looks brilliant and is exactly what I wanted.
I also think the price is very reasonable. It’s easy to assume that the bigger chains are able to offer a better price but from personal experience it seems you can get a much more personal service and a bespoke product for around the same price.
I would highly recommend!
