What can I say, it was a true pleasure to shop in this boutique. We only called in on a whim to see what the price of a numbered edition of a Seamaster Chrono was, but from stepping through the door and being greeted so warmly and professionally, we were hooked. It helped that this is the only Omega boutique that had the watch in stock for me to look at. The service we got from Becky, Paul, Sav and Bella is what really mattered though and I can't recommend them highly enough. It was almost like a day out when we went back to collect the watch. Definitely a recommendation from me and my wife and we look forward to returning for another purchase in the future

I cant speak highly enough about Savas and the team in the Omega Boutique St Annes. When spending so much money it is important to feel like your spending it in the right place. I recently visited the boutique to look at the brand new Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch. I was greeted by Bella and Rebecca who assisted me throughout my visit. Customer Service to Match a Quality Brand After experiencing a minor issue with my Omega watch, I’d been in touch with Savas at the Ernest Jones branch in St Ann’s Square Manchester (Omega boutique) to discuss the problem. From arranging a suitable consultation slot, through to organising for the watch to be sent away for inspection, I couldn’t fault the service. Not only was the process straightforward and trouble free, but the approach and customer service provided by Savas, was exceptional and for me, a great example of what you would expected when representing not only Ernest Jones, but equally a premium brand such as Omega.
