Amazing service for an exciting time! I met Sue at Crewe Hall’s wedding fayre - lovely speaking to you, booking in our apt and shining my engagement ring! Garreth came to our house with the most magnificent array of rings and was very patient when I was stuck between two designs. From CAD Design after CAD design I managed to find our perfect wedding rings and they were delivered so shiny and prompt in the beautiful box we chose. I found out about Luv Olivia whilst I was at the NEC wedding show last year. It was something we had been putting off as Ryan and I both had no idea what we wanted. When I told them we were getting married in July and it was now April time, they helped me get an appointment sorted straight away! Gareth came to our house and brought along with him an amazing selection of rings for both me and my husband. He took the time to explain fully what kind of metal would suit us and what shape also. He looked closely at my engagement ring and picked out some styles that he thought looked great together. Our wedding rings are just perfect, even the detail of engraving it inside our rings gives it that special touch. Gareth also took my engagement ring to ensure my wedding ring would fit seamlessly next to it. That was a rough week, hoping that my ring would come back to me! But as Gareth had already stated, the following Saturday it was returned and all was well in the world! Ryans ring is stunning too and the brushed metal is beautiful. Excellent service from start to the finished product. My wedding band was created to match my engagement ring, which Gareth posted back to me in excellent packaging and very speedily. We love our rings and that we chose every detail of them ourselves. The cost was much cheaper than other high street shops. Fantastic company I would absolutely recommend. I met Gareth at a wedding fair in Bolton and several weeks later he came to my home to show me all the different rings I could chose from. I had in mind that I wanted a diamond wishbone and I wanted it to be moulded to perfectly fit my engagement ring which has a twist. Gareth was so lovely and patient. I also thought it professional that he preferred myself to make a decision upon the final ring design with guidance about clarity, cut etc rather than pushing me to buy the most expensive diamonds available. The mould was ready within weeks and Gareth even came back for a second home visit when I requested it as I was having a moment of uncertainty about what I had chosen. My final ring was (and is) absolutely beautiful and I receive many compliments. I have now been married for just over one year and had no issues with my ring. It also worked out much cheaper than quotes I had gained to mould the same design from well known high street stores. I highly recommend Luv Olivia and plan to buy my next ring through them :)

We ordered our bespoke, engraved rings with Luv Olivia 12 months before our wedding. It was such a relaxed and personal experience that we would 100% recommend. The process was stress and pressure free. Gareth came to us with a huge selection of rings for us both and also went through prices with no obligation to buy. We got married in July and went on honeymoon, my new husband lost his ring in the sea after only having it for 7 days! I got in contact with Gareth to order another. I first found Luv Olivia when i went to the bliss wedding show, i already had my nans ring but was struggling to find my partner a ring as he's so fussy, he never really wanted a ring and was fumin at how expensive they were. Anyway i made an appointment, Gareth came on time and showed my partner the rings and stones, my partner picked his own design he knew what he wanted, one like mine but with 4 diamonds, Gareth worked out a price which was really reasonable for the weight and it being platinum!! My partner was really happy.. while we was chatting i mentioned that one of my favourite watches was broken, so Gareth offered to get it sorted at low cost to us, fast forward afew weeks and we got the ring, my partner was out, i inspected the ring wow its heavy, oh no!!! It has 5 diamonds instead of 4, Gareth offered to get it sent back and sorted but after talking to the other half we agreed the ring was beautiful and he would keep the extra diamond for me ( so me and 4 kids ) Gareth didn't charge us any extra for the other diamond! So we seen this as a bonus!!! Week or so later, my watch came back, wow all fixed and guess what no charge, gareth had even paid over 11 pounds from his own pocket for postage! (thankyou so much Gareth) what a lovely person, me and my partner would definitely recommend Gareth and Luv Olivia to anyone who is looking for a personal touch, a piece of jewellery that will be passed down generations, we had a lovely experience from start to finish even his staff are fab and a wonderful quality piece of jewellery!
