Came into the store to collect an item purchased by my mum for Christmas. Arrived at the store and was guided to the click and collect desk where I was served by Rhys. Rhys was so polite, really friendly, and made the entire experience hassle free. It was obvious that Rhys cares a lot about the customers, and made an extra effort to ask about my Christmas plans. I will definitely use the click and collect service again. :)

Beautiful store, but not the best experience. My daughter and I wanted to browse the cabinets but had to wait in a queue to be passed to an assistant. We left without purchasing and went to the Bury store the next day.

I walked into the store and was immediately asked if I needed any help, and was directed to another assistant who couldn't help me further due to no stock. My email address was taken and told I would be emailed when the item was back in stock, I don't think I have had that email.

Pandora is a brilliant store mainly selling bangles and charm bracelets. They start at a reasonable price and go up there after. I recommend it for girlfriends, mother's. Grans and and anyone who's special to you.

Went in looking for just a necklace with no pendants or charms so I walked in had a quick look and straight out. Maybe they need a separate display unit to show what they do have.

Staff member was lovely, really friendly and showed me a number of options and was happy to talk through and wait while I decided. Also showed me some options that weren't quite what I was looking for but was helpful throughout. The only negative was the other customers who were rude and disrespectful!

Staff here were friendly whilst we were asking to see different products, it also helped that the young lady serving us had both of the earrings in that we were actually drawn too!! Most staff will have items of jewellery on so it helps so ask if anyone is wearing the item your interested in to see how it looks on a person

Excellent service. Zahra was so friendly and down to earth helped me choose on a personal level of what was important to me paying attention to the colours I like and sparkles. Explained the best way to look after my purchases. I visited the shop again the following week and waited until Zahra had finished with another customer so that I could again be serviced by her. She does her job well while being pleasant and chatty. Would.recommend her over and over again.

Was part of the hoards who descended on Trafford Centre! Pandora was reasonably full with a small queue leading outside. Nice shop, nicely laid out. The majority of the staff seemed late teens, and one particular accused us of "needing to queue"! Even though we already had! She was a little snotty... which I'm going to put down to the hectic nature of the day! Otherwise, it was ok

Very helpful staff. Just a shame we had to travel from Bolton because Pandora don't transfer stock between branches and they can't order items in for you. You have to hope and pray that they send your size into the branch which didn't happen for us over 6 weeks,hence the trip to the Trafford Centre.

I went into the store this evening just to see if I could find a charm I had seen online. While I was there, a lovely young girl approached me and asked if she could help with anything. I thought I would ask while I was in there, if there was anything they could do with a fault I had on one of the clasps on my braclet that I had had for 3 years..She noticed that it couldnt be fixed, and without any hesitation or fuss she asked if I wanted to exchange it for a brand new braclet! I couldnt believe my luck. She then noticed one of my charms was missing a dangling pendant that had fallen off, she told me that she would also exchange this for me and I could pick a charm of the same value! In all of my life I have never recieved better customer service than I did in this shop! Honestly! All the staff are so attentive and focused on keeping the customers happy! Your staff in this store are a credit to you PANDORA! (Especially Hannah, I think that was her name, forgive my ignorance)...Treat them well, they deserve it!!! 100% Delighted with my experience there!
