I am a great fan of Swatch watches and always aim to use the Arndale branch. Amina, who had a lovely manner, attended to me recently and not only checked and replaced my battery (free of charge) but cleaned and replaced a worn strap part before returning the watch to me. First class service as usual over several years from this branch.

Lovely shop and very helpful staff.

Had a problem with my ''Night flight chronograph''. The chronograph (Stop watch) function was not re-setting to zero. The very helpful assistant talked me through the reset procedure over the phone and solved the problem. Great service. Thank you.

Just had a new strap fitted to a very old but much loved swatch watch. Fabulous service from a very polite and helpful you man. No charge for new battery either! Can highly recommend.

Really good staff service here! I was in and out in two minutes.I needed to get a new loop for my watch. They came straight over to me and asked me what is wrong and if they could help. I told them the problem nad they said in a jolly voice I can fix that in no time. A minute later my watch has a new loop in it. Brilliant service go here

If you like Swatch watches this place won't disappoint. The staff are friendly and it's situated in a convenient spot in the Arndale Centre. The current range is well represented as well as some limited edition models. Always worth a look if you're a Swatch fan.

Went to this branch to have a look. We ended up with buying two sistem 51 watches, an automatic ladies watch, great costumer services and a great experience! Due to this, we traveled again to Manchester to purchase another watch and a strap. Again, we were treated in the best way possible. Wow, s fabulous display of watches. I was treated to 2 for my birthday. A very difficult choice as the designs and colours are amazing. I now have a small collection.

Ok, so there's this one assistant, who wears two watches who was so nice. Taught me history on Swatch and was really easy to talk to. Recommended me a really nice metal watch.

I've always loved swatch watches ever since I first came across them in 1987 when my now hubby bought one. Which by the way still works, though we did have to buy a new strap for it. We've been here a few times in the past. We're not local and the shop in Manchester is the only one I know and only get to come here every 2 - 3 months when my hubby has appointments at The Christie. One time I bought part of my collection, 13 Swatches, to have new batteries. Beginning on August Swatch's newsletter advised of Switzerland Day and some special Swatch watches being produced specifically to celebrate the day. However, they had to be bought online by 5th August. The Swatch shop in Manchester knew we had problems with our post going missing as we had mentioned this to them previously. I emailed the team at the shop asking if they were able to order one particular celebratory watch and we would pick up the watch in September when we were next up in Manchester. I received a prompt reply from Callum saying they would look into it for me and a day or so later emailed back to say they couldn't order it as it was online only. A few days later I received a further email to say spookily one had arrived at the shop and did I want it to be put aside for me? I didn't checked my emails so hadn't seen this. I had a further email prompting me, which was an obvious Yes!!! Today I collected my awesome Swatch which had been held safely with my name on it. I saw Callum in the shop and again he couldn't have been more helpful. Pointed out some new ranges and new ones expected shortly. Callum also said any time I needed assistance, wanted a watch ordering to just get in touch. So a big thank you to Callum and all the team at Swatch in Manchester and hope to see you soon.
