Went into the store, which was itself immaculate and very professional, whereupon I was greeted by the very friendly and helpful staff member James who was exceptionally polite. I wanted to get an antique fob attached to my pocket watch which in this day and age is a somewhat unusual request however James ensured that my request was met and far exceeded. My fob was fitted within minutes and looked exceptional. Would very highly recommend this store for anything watch related as they are fast, professional and charge very fair prices. Bought a GMT Master 2. Drove all the way from Birmingham because they have such a good selection of Rolex’s. Very happy with the watch and service I received.
