P. S.We were served by Amina who was excellent in all aspects of her dealing with us. She didn't put us under any pressure when entering the store. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable whilst we were choosing a watch. Her follow up communication was excellent and clear. I can't think of anything she could have done better. If I had my own watch shop I'd try to poach her.

V. W.One of my strap keepers on my rubber strap was beginning to tear.. On my TAG.. I had only been in the shop 1 sec and the lady in the shop knew instantly that I could order one... Unlike other TAG shops in the area.. The service in this branch is just how I like it.. Not pushy and trying to sell you everything in the shop.. Its how it should be like a tea shop.. All the staff in there have great customer service.. Having been in retail for most of my life.. I can tell you...if there is anything wrong with your TAG or are thinking of investing in a great watch that will last you for ever... And even worn by James bond. Manchester TAG shop is the place to go.. And great coffee in there as well...

Amina was fantastic helping us to choose a couple of Tags and also completed a great shopping experience by gifting my son , who's birthday it was, a free tag speaker on top of a great deal we had already received on the watches. A. C.Great store however the smartwatch I wanted to view had not been charged and a few issues with them getting confused over titanium and stainless steel. Apart from that most of info was correct. Its a pity they have no leeway with discount on smartwatches and do not offer tax back.
